Rooms are nice and clean, very convenient location, great view and some very nice eateries in the Sari Pacific Jakarta, Autograph Collection. I stayed here for three nights and found the Sari Pacific Jakarta, Autograph Collection and it's facilities very good. Helpful and courteous staff.

Property is good. Renovating too. Food options are few, but sufficient for me. But best is the service levels. Even though i came back here after 5 months, people called me by name and recognized me. Provided service and help of best standards, as before. Highly recommended.

A bit old Sari Pacific Jakarta, Autograph Collection and a tad bit expensive considering the facilities. Service is great. I stayed for 3 nights and it takes a long time to reach from airport. Rooms were average but comfortable. Food and hospitality was great.
