Classic Hotel

I paid for 4nights for my stay in classic hotel. I checked out on the same day of my check in day. As there was no Air condition in working in my room. Hotel staff made me change 4 rooms from check-in time to around midnight 11.30-12. In all the room the problem was same. Air condition was not in working condition. Then they make me waited in lobby for 1hour as AC mechanic was on his way. In this 1hour, I also made complaint on Make my trip and ask for refund. As hotel guy told me they have approved my refund request given from MyTrip, to hotel. But i havent got my refund also.

They need to change room light from wart to white because of that I got headache.. else everything is ok

full of prostates. Entire hotel had cigarette smell. Wardrobe smells bad, beds are bad- had developed rashes. Hotel to staff and service is pathetic. I had booked and paid for 2 nights, but had checked out after staying only one night loosing my another day’s stay money.

Awesome experience for lone and traveller's with friends food veg options are less but indian hotel nearby for desi food

Awesome stay classic hotel is full of entertainment with economic rates food have limited vegetarian options but the hotels location is easy to get indian food and money exchange nearby

Good ambiance and service round the clock and in-house clubs give an extra boost to your holiday. Would recommend for stags

Location good, no options for vegetarians in breakfast, rooms outdated but for those who are more interested in night life entertainment, it's a good place.

The wifi in this hotel is very weak. Only a single electric socket is provided with electric charge whis is also not good. And my samsung mobile charger not getting connected. Brake fast also seems not good as not find indian dishes / snacks. Staff behavior is good. Location also good. But facilities need to improve.

Stayed here for one night. The rooms are very basic and the TV has a very limited option in terms of challenge. The lighting and wallpaper in the room makes it look a bit dull. However, rooms are clean and toilets are functional and adequately equipped. The Hotel is a one stop entertainment centre with bars, nightclubs, spa and karaoke all available under one roof. Stay here is apt for bachelors and people looking for night life experience without hassles of travel and shopping from one place to another. Front desk staff are helpful. Please note irrespective of payment mode you will be required to pay a refundable security deposit.
