Excellent Stay
It was very near to sea beach just 2 min walk. Facility was very good & breakfast was amazing. I will request persons visiting indonesia to go an-col at least for 1 night stay & enjoy. Thanks

Terrible Stay
I landed in the International Airport from there to this hotel the Taxi Guy took 200000 IDR because it is too far from the airport. Secondly before entering Ancol where this hotel is there you need to pay 25000 IDR every time you enter Ancol to go to this hotel that is sad part. Thirdly when I checked in everything was good but later that night I got a call from the reception following night and he said, Sir you need to deposit cash as a security deposit by which my manager forgot to take from you when you checked in this hotel in the afternoon and then I said it is 2 am we shall discuss later and there was a huge discussion later that night at 2 am and when I am finally down he was fighting with me to deposit the security deposit now at 2 am as instructions from the manager and when I called manager there were no people around except security guards at the gate and after so much of conversation it took 2 hours and it was 4 am when the manager arrived and told me sorry and you go back to sleep we shall discuss this later and there was nothing from the manager to the guy who is in the reception that why you woke up the customer at night at 2 am for the room security deposit. So guys! I would suggest not to stay at this place as it is not the value for which the hotel is located or the brand it is supposed to be, and they called as Accor Hotel.
