One of the worst experience i ever had in nusa penida. The caretaker firstly didn’t give the room on time and made us wait for more than 1 hour. Our stay was for 2 days and on day 2 he denied to give complementary water bottle. The bike that we took for rent had major issues which he didn’t tell in advance and had to literally suffer and had to wait in the darkest hours with no hope of returning back to room. The care taker was least bothered. The hotel pool was also non functional. Apart from this, he charged extra 3 percent on the niyo global card and he didn’t made any sense. I would not recommend the place to anyone.
