The Ubud Village Resort & Spa

My stay was wonderful at the ubud village resort. Service was prompt and great. However, the area near the restaurant was under maintenance so there was a little noise. Also, Service during dinner could have been better. The resort may have few activities for children which was lacking. However, our stay was great overall.

It was great. Sevice is exceptional and prompt. The property is beautiful. They even gave us complimentary cake which was delicious.

It hotel was itself amazing with beautiful location and the villas were comfy and spacious, had unique concept of bathing, doing poo with the fishes, after noon tea, welcome drink, breakfast, location, rooms, cleaniness, room services, hospitality everything 10/10, points to improve - can have resort activities like yoga or maybe some performance during the breakfast

Well if you are looking for just value for money villa i think this property is the best choice for travelers. The infinity pool is just fabulous and the hospitality the hotel staff provide beyond awesome!

The resort ambiance, food, behavior of all support staff, facilities and space in villa were excellent.

Location and food was good. The resort needs to take additional care about condition of the amenities in the room and have to improve on customer service.
The bath tub was filling with drain water twice even after complaining. No hot water in the shower or anywhere since the system was broken. Had to wait for two hours to get it fixed.

Room - spacious, relaxing, but air conditioning is not up to mark for such large villa. Better facilities could be arranged. Also one needs hotel map to reach even the lobby. It should be there as a mandate.

Stay at The Ubud Village Resort is totally worth. One of the best locations to be at Bali, if one likes art and culture. Hotel's facility is superb, especially the property. A sure shot location to escape from the hustle bustle of town.

Beautiful resort great, luxurious villa, very close to the Ubud city at the same time away from the hustle bustle. Great food, cleanliness is high on their priority and very considerate staff. They provide a free of cost shuttle service.
