Grand Balisani Suites Hotel

We had a comfortable stay overall. The property’s location, food, and facilities were good, and the staff was polite and helpful. However, there are a couple of suggestions for improvement: black tea bags were not available in the room, only jasmine tea bags were provided. Also, the WiFi in room 106 was not working throughout our stay. Although we raised a complaint, it wasn’t resolved till checkout. With these improvements, the stay experience can be even better.

Property needs serious maintenance, most of the bathroom fittings are either leaking or not working properly, walls are damped and corridor was stinking. However the staff are very professional and the lenins were clean.

Rooms were neat. Right next to the beach. Bali vibe was excellent to start the trip. A very good hotel in this budget.

In the heart of Seminyak, right next to a beach and a ton of restaurants and bars. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located at such a beautiful location, right at the beach. The sound of sea waves you hear at night are so calming. Further, major beach clubs like Finns are just 10-12 minutes away by car. Facilities of hotels are good not excellent. One minor disadvantage is that this hotel is kind of isolated and you see a few restaurants nearby especially Indian. Also not a happening area.

Excellent property, the rooms were big, neat and clean. The furniture seems old, but overall very big property. The staff is very polite and good service. The breakfast options are very good. Very near to beach.

gud place , gud rooms , but they don't even serve u water to drink in ur room , they say we don't give water on check out day haha , very cost conscious resort , may b they experienced some bad visitors before frm our country , very strict wd check out time , we had early flight so was not issue for us. the guy who drops ur luggage starts giving u lecture bout rules n regulation , felt weird like a hostel

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. AC in one of the rooms was not working. Staff asked us to change the room and moved us to a different room. On the next morning, staff again asked to change the room because the allotted room was booked for someone else. This shifting of rooms for 2 night stay caused a lot of hassle to us. Overall not a good experience

Very nice hotel, kind staff, old balinese vibes. Overall very good. Hotel a little bit understaffed & food was average.

Beautiful place, very peaceful place and great stay by the beach. It was a great experience just loved it

Washroom leakage , stinking too , we did complain but Front office didn’t do much to fix or follow up either , the pillowcase were missing and pillows weren’t clean too with open blanket and not stitched with its cover.

A serene resort with a few minor issues. I will cover the review in detail. So this place is right next to a beach with a beautiful view. The pool is also very nice with a built in jacuzzi which is very nice to sit in. Do mind that the major part of pool is deep at almost 8 feet but still it’s very nice. I had a private pool suite with ocean view which was very nice and had garden view room which was also very very nice , almost made me question the price of private pool suite with ocean view . But all in all both were very nice. The room has all basic amenities and the best part was a Swedish massage right at the ocean for just 10 dollars. The food was also great and hospitality was also very good. Their breakfast setup is also very good right next to an ocean. I just had 2 minor complaints: a) the water in bathroom is not desalinated which makes brushing teeth & showering quite bad experience. b) Food should be a bit reasonably priced. I found price 20% higher quoted for same type of foods found at different hotels. Therefore I would give it 4.3/5. Also do check out atlas club which is very close to the resort.

it’s situated in front of the ocean … it’s an old hotel with moderate level of cleanliness…but very close to finn’s beach club

Absolute zero in services and age old amenities. No one to execute check ins (had to wait for almost 45 mins post check in time, everything is manual (no automation, severely under staffed, rooms are in terrible condition

it was average stay for me coz of few reasons: - during booking it was not mentioned clearly that they will be keeping 100 dollars as a security during check-in. - ⁠no food options for vegetarian people. - ⁠in pictures it seems that property is next to the beach and you will be having a wonderful view from pool to beach. in real there is a service road between pool and beach where lots of ppl are crossing along with vehicles .

Property is about 2-3 mins walk from the beach. Beach is good not commercialized but seminyak beaches are better. No issues with hotel. Excellent courteous staff, few rooms open upto sea view. Can book of looking at a good deal near beachside

Rooms are old, furniture is old. Food is overpriced, it doesn't taste good. No beach access as far as i could see. It's blocked and construction work is going on behind the pool
