Excellent location and amenities in the hotel, the member of staff Katrina was very helpful and knew English which is very helpful for tourists that don't know french. excellent cleanliness standards

coupleRooms were very small. Window with no view even though i thought room will face the city as shown in room pics.

Average Stay
The room was fine but the service was not good. Basic toiletries were missing and issues were not rectified until much later. The breakfast spread was not upto standards of a 4 star property. Not mercure level.
