Hotel Reseda

So the location of the hotel is decent as it is near to bus stops and metro stations and departmental store but when i asked for a bowl so that i can eat my food they didnt allow me to take the bowl to my room! not even a cup for a tea, then i had my lunch box to get it washed they said we cant guarantee it will come back to you! how pathetic!

The staff was cooperative and nice. It was nice staying there.

Hotel is at good location. Room i booked was small but clean. Air conditioner is installed. Breakfast on payable basis available. Hotel is big and well managed. Storage for your luggage available for free if you want to check out on last day. It's near metro and bus connection.

They did not respect the National strike activities and did not refund us. Shame

The staff was friendly and helped us with city directions, the hotel is situated near the metro station Gallieni and is well connected to a number of tourist destinations(15 mins). The food could have been better though. Overall it was a good value for money hotel.

The best part is it is located next to metro and bus Station. A Hotel with minimal requirements in less budget, more ever the breakfast was nice.

Average Hotel. Very small room

Hotel room size is small and the facilities are average. But the location of the hotel is great for the tourists as its locates very next to Gallino metro station which is connected to all part of the city. Also, the bus stop is just pop to the hotel and a shopping mall is next to the hotel. Overall, enjoyed the stay on the hotel and when I visit Paris next time would love to stay here in this very same hotel.

The stay was pleasant, the staff was polite, the food was good and metro was very nearby so the whole of Paris was easily accessible. Enjoyed the stay.

Location of the hotel is away from the city center. Except for the location, everything else was good.

Nice place to stay ... Quiet and very close to the metro station, so gives easy access to the all parts of the city ... Room was clean and the staff was very helpful .. Played a good role in us enjoying our holiday. The guy at the counter was very helpful and guided your travels around the city

I have booked this hotel from your site trusting your customer satisfaction and the photos you have uploaded but sorry to say you have made a fool out of me, it was a huge mistake to trust your site. I got too embarrassed as I saw the hotel room that was allotted to me there, I in a shock went to the hotel manager asking for it as the room that I booked was not the same that has been allotted to me then they said that make my trip only has provided for this room only for your stay. I somehow has stayed in that room for few hours only and next day early morning around 7 I checked out of it. I am attaching the deceived pictures from your site and the actual photos of my room. I was with my wife there and it was an embarrassing time of my life. The room was so shabby full of mosquitoes with the washroom like a railway washroom. I hope you to please have a beautiful stay in the same room that I had with my family.
