Rooms are absolutely average. Breakfast is hopeless. Security wise - they didn’t even ask for id cards. Room service is such that everyday you have to go down to collect paper glasses. Location is not for tourists.

It’s good we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very polite and friendly yts very neat and clean.

The hotel was away from city, not much restaurants around. Additionally, ac was centrally working and no control was given in the room, which made very uncomfortable. No coffee machines in the room.

Excellent property and very close to every major sightseeing location.

Hotel does not have fresh air and the air conditioning is centrally controlled and we can’t control temp from the room beyond few degrees. People who have issue with air circulation necessities must avoid this hotel as you will feel giddy with low oxygen levels. Added to this the smell of the toilets reach the corridors and you won’t be able to stand for a second. When complained staff told us that one of the guest opened his room door along with rest room door. Novotels elsewhere are far superior to this one.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel only the connectivity to metro & bus os around 500 mtr which is a lot

Its a good hotel with good room size and view. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from any train station or india restaurant as you have to walk almost 15-20 mins for either of them. Would recommend if staying in center is a costly afair.

The location of hotel is very convenient. Bus stop tram station is extremely pass. And neighbourhood is very decent. Very comfortable to stay for family with kid sofa cum bed is very comfortable. You can find drinking water from reception and cafeteria. Connectivity to all tourist places is very good including disneyland

No room service, no bell boy, we had to carry all out luggage ourselves, also they charge unnecessary. Not recommended

Amazing location, but food options were less. 5 star for the hygiene and location and 3 star for food. Everything is located nearby, train station is also 7 min walking

It was superb. The checkin was smooth and dust-in at the front desk was very warm and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
