I was at the cdg holiday inn, the shuttle service was good, i was picked up at the designated time, my check in process was hassle free and the room immaculate. The concierge was very helpful, wrote down exactly how i had to navigate the metro to get into the city. My only issue arose that night, when, i needed to attend a meeting in a nearby Holiday Inn PARIS - CDG AIRPORT and was requesting their shuttle service to drop me or arrange for a drop off service (i was in heels and did not want to walk) and the Holiday Inn PARIS - CDG AIRPORT was not willing to accommodate. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.
