Hotel Zeitgeist Vienna Hauptbahnhof

The hotel has a modern building. Looks like a hostel, but we liked it as a family. The rooms were big and ac was very comfortable. The location is very good, walking distance from the train station. Anbience of the hotel is really good. The reception ladies were very kind, they extended our check out time also. Overall our best stays in recent times

The hotel is well-located and has kind staff, but i can't find any workers who speak any indian language.

I would give the hotel negative stars if i could. The staff were extremely unprofessional. They opened the door without knocking while we were in the room a couple of times at night. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. Glasses were left as is and the towels were not clean. The location of the hotel is the only positive as it’s close to the railway station.

Only the location is good. Apart from that nothing else was good. The beads are not comfortable and the room service was terrible.

The property was situated a stone’s throwaway from win hbf. The room was spacious and cozy. The reception was quick with the check in and check out process. No complaints at all.

It's very close to the vienna central station ( walking distance of about 500m ). It has a supermarket next to it for your grocery and a nice neighborhood
