Hotel was alright. Manager of the hotel made it worse . No wifi for 3 nights. On asking the manager, he says he can't help if it's not working it's not his problem. It was internet service provider problem, go speak to him. There are 10 other examples of poor professionalism but I don't have time and this space is too short to narrate all the instances. You should send your Hotel Managers to our country and learn. Disgusting is the only word I can think of when I remember the experience at the hotel. Property was alright with good location. The location is excellent the fro n desk staff was superb they upgraded us and welcomed us each and every time they saw us

The best hotel in Salzburg, the view from the room was AMAZING, location was AWESOME! Had the best 3 nights in the hotel ! The hotel staff were just too nice and helpful

Value for money. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the river and the back entrance opens up in the middle of the market. The hotel building was built in the 15th century and the wooden decor is really nice. The only shortcoming is that there was no kettle in the room.
