Great Location. Very near to the tram station and also the munich central station. 25 min to the oktoberfest.

Not so friendly staff. Unwelcoming Rooms are not properly Ventilated. 100+ rooms and may be 500+ guest, whereas Kitchen is just one at ground floor.

Rooms were stinky and the staff was rude.

Very bad rooms, no sunlight no ventilation. The rooms were smelly. From safety standpoint also it was very bad

The rooms are good, overall ambience is also very nicely maintained. But there you do not have enough staff. Always many people will be waiting in the queue throughout the day and night. I guess, maybe due to the recent reviews about the hotel/property, they started providing blankets. Still towels or Fans are not being offered in the Rooms. Another main issue is, staff is not very responsive for the customer's queries. I complained that My powerbank is missing and I told the bed number of the person who took/stole the power bank, but still they are not able to find the contact information of that person. What's the point in taking all the information in big form, of you are not using them at right time.

Its a hostel for students. i can see couples are living in the mixed room. i find mosoitos and lack of cleaning.. bed is so much dirty.. please pay some money and buy good place to live

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The reception staff were not helpful or accommodating. Upon arrival, we found that there was no light in our room and the shower had very poor water pressure. There are absolutely no lockers at all in the room. Which is basic in any hostel. Housekeeping was inconsistent at best. Despite being present, they did not clean the room unless specifically asked, and basic tasks like emptying the trash or cleaning the shared bathroom—which is used by four people—were neglected for days. Shockingly, the bed next to mine hadn’t been cleaned before the next guest arrived; she had to change the sheets herself. The room also lacked proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, we were asked to pay for lockers just to store our luggage for an hour, even though we requested to use the luggage room for a short time. The kitchen was in very poor condition—unclean, unpleasantly odorous, and lacking even basic items like salt. It was difficult to stay in there for even a few minutes. Overall, this was the most unpleasant experience I’ve had during my travels in Europe. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Place very close to Salzburg bus and train Station Easy access and lots of attractions nearby also to visit other close by the city. Only the check in time is sad to be at 3 PM, if that can be improved will be great Place is well maintained and has a restaurant and games infront of reception

not equipped to handle the summer....no ventilation ...stifling heat and they don't have enough fans! it felt like a night in a coffin :-( ...definitely avoid in the summer! exceptional staff...very very kind and helpful. will go out of their way to help you out .,each and every one of them ❤️ great breakfast for 9.9 euro..

Very near to station, good breakfast although payable, clean rooms and clean bathrooms. Good place to stay
