NH Collection Salzburg City

The room was good and the prime location is awesome but the hotel doesn’t offer free parking as mentioned the parking was very expensive + there was nobody taking the luggage to the room you must go by your self indeed its 4* hotel + the breakfast was soo weak and very limited and it was expensive/ the room service is not available at night so you order some food you must go and take it to your room / the reception is empty night time and its only one person who is responsible at night for the hotel its very disappointing for a 4* hotel .

Good location very close to city center. Staff if very supportive. Good hygiene maintained. Room is well maintained and clean. Accessories given were of good quality.

Really had a nice stay at hotel. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was very good. Hotel is approx 900 meters from hbf and bus stop is very near.

A very nice hotel at a very good location. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating to our requests. We had a six-year-old child and were completely at ease during our stay at NH Salzburg. Highly recommended.

The location is very good. The rooms are large. The bathrooms are very outdated

The food was limited for a brand like Nh, the room! Oh my god! Worse for Europe standards. They gave us a room where the flush does not work at all! The room was too small for 3 people. And the worse of all no exhaust from the washroom! So if u fart, the whole room smells! Well, Indian hotels are far far better to say.

It was quite a ok stay. There could be better options. Although location was close to Mirabell palace.

Right next to the main sight seeing area and lots of eating joints Around. Also very close to the Station. Just 10 minutes walk and 5 minutes cab. We stayed 4 nights and had lovely weather. On the flip Side don't expect much on service or amenities. The room didn't even have a water heater, coffee sachets. There was no room service menu. Check in took a Long time as the system kept co king off. Bathrooms and rooms are not cramped but not large either, but that's European standard any ways. On the whole if you compromise a little on comfort, it's a totally amazing place to stay. Will stay again if I go to Salzburg.

Location was not so good. I got carried away because of proximity to Mirabel garden which actually meant nothing very much. Essentially eating places were not nearby. Bus was available about 7-10 minutes walk. Breakfast was not worth the price - approximately Euro 16. Overall an average hotel!
