Average 3 star hotel, no tea/coffee maker in the rooms, house keeping is not upto mark. Inspire of repeated requests room wasn’t cleaned, front desk people blame it on rush, which is not acceptable. Location of the hotel is big plus, right next to bus/train station. Breakfast spread is ok. Some of the staff behaviour is little arrogant . I will avoid now , if I ever visit Salzburg again

Excellent location and breakfast. However the thermostat was not functional. It was too hot and no facility of AC . We were given one fan , not good enough to cool the entire room . This really disturbed our sleep

It was a great experience and we loved our stay in this hotel. The staffs were nice and courteous. They had almost all the facilities including microwave, kettle, etc

The hotel was very good and the staffs were customer centric. They catered to all the requirements during our stay.

The hotel staff were very nice, friendly and accomodated our very late check in as the train to Salzburg was late. They even assisted us with the nearby attractions. The room was cozy and very comfortable and the location could not be more convenient. Overall a lovely stay but I have to say a tad overpriced :)

The hotel is a clean, safe and friendly place. They take the environment and sustainability very seriously and so they minimise wastage. Their food is good. They also offer plenty of water to drink (which is a big relief in europe) and fruits which u can take with u. It’s just a 3 min walk from salzburg h bf and well connected throughout the city by buses.
