Hotel IMLAUER & Bräu

We recently stayed at the Imlauer Hotel Bräu in Salzburg and had a very pleasant experience overall. We had booked a family double room with breakfast and found the Hotel IMLAUER & Brau to be an excellent choice for both comfort and location. Location: The Hotel IMLAUER & Brau is very centrally located, making it an ideal base for exploring Salzburg. It’s just a 10-minute walk from Salzburg’s main train station (Salzburg Hauptbahnhof), which made our arrival and departure extremely convenient. Most of the city’s main attractions are within walking distance or a short public transport ride away. Check-in & Service: Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming. A big plus was their willingness to accommodate a late check-out request, allowing us an extra hour beyond the standard time without any fuss—this flexibility was truly appreciated. They also explained about the daily pass and places of visit. Room: The family double room was more spacious than typical European Hotel IMLAUER & Brau rooms. The washroom was also notably large and well maintained, providing plenty of space and comfort for a family stay. The only minor issue was the air conditioning, which wasn’t functioning properly during our stay. However, the Hotel IMLAUER & Brau staff responded promptly and helpfully by providing a stand fan, and since the weather was cool, it didn’t affect our comfort too much. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was very satisfying, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. What stood out the most were the mouth-watering desserts and pastries, which changed daily and were a delightful surprise each morning. Overall our experience at the Hotel IMLAUER & Brau was very good.

The Hotel IMLAUER & Brau is at a walkable distance from the city railway station haubanhof .. Very kind and polite staff at the reception. Nice and comfortable rooms with minibar inside the room! Beds were comfortable and cozy. Toilets were also clean and tidy .. We got a better deal through makemytrip with their discount .. Worth it !! We wanted to extend for another night but gets booked faster ..

Very good Hotel IMLAUER & Brau near to the railway station. All you can do is just walk to the best scenic locations in minutes only minus is no view. And you need to pay 20 euros a day for parking. .

A wonderful experience at this Hotel IMLAUER & Brau. The room was pleasant. The location is superb and many attractions are in walking distance.

The Hotel IMLAUER & Brau is walkable distance from the train station. It's a little far from the old town. The rooms are decent size. The staff is smiling and helpful. They have a restaurant and there are plenty of cafes around at walkable distance. Overall it's a good Hotel IMLAUER & Brau to stay.

Big rooms, 500 meters away from salzburg railway station. Polite and helpful staff. Few vegetarian options close by. Subway with veg options just 150 meters away. 7 minutes walk to mirabell gardens, which is where all site seeing tour starts

Superbly located with 7 mins walking distance to the main station and a 5 mins walk to Mirabellplatz. Spacious and clean rooms to ensure you have a wonderful stay! Amazing Hotel IMLAUER & Brau in amazing Salzburg!
