Numa Salzburg Vogelweider

While I was initially sceptical of a completely digital experience, I must say Numa had thought of everything. From the ease of entering using a unique code, to the availability of lockers to store luggage, all amenities were in place. Our room was good and the breakfast would be delivered outside our tin every morning. I would ask them to consider providing daily housekeeping and perhaps a bit more prompt service on WhatsApp. But this was a perfectly good stay for us and we had a lovely time at our hotel in Numa Salzburg Vogelweider. Hope to stay at another Numa establishment soon!

The property is at an excellent location with a nearby bus stop to take anywhere around the city. Rooms are well designed and large in size with all amenities. The flexibility in early check-in and check-out is a bonus to have.

Location is good,, near a bus stop,, Cleaning bedsheets pillows mattress toilet are of 5 star grade. Downside is Numa response on WhatsApp is delayed and inadequate, as there is no one physically at property. Simple things like removing trash and soap refills are not done inspite of request.

Great stay at a great price. Hotel amenities and the overall ambience were nothing short of a 5-star hotel. Extremely clean and well maintained property. Would strongly recommend staying here if you are visitng Salzburg
