Limehome Salzburg Sterneckstr.

It was amazing... we need to check in through a link which we received from the limehome team on our email.. that was the tricky part for us but other than that, everything was great.

It was average stay with basic amenities. Location was good but everything else was not. They have no customer support to help with basic requests like early check-in. Also, some Arabic speaking men barged into our room without even knocking while we were changing. This hotel has no respect for people’s privacy. Those people entered our room without our permission didn’t even have the decency to apologise after doing so. Worst customer service ever.

Utter waste customer service from hotel.

Location of the property is not very central. It’s in ten outskirts of the city and everytime you have to go the the Salzburg river, you’d need to take a cab/ bus. We stayed for 3 night and no one came to replenish the toiletries or clean the room. The glasses were dirty, the hot water kettle was disgustingly dirty. The house keeping is average. There is no service of food or coffee in the community area. Each time you need something you need to go through the customer service number, there is no one in person to support

Very good room comfortable easy check in checkout

Poor check-in experience. Checkin needs to be done. The booking number provided was not accepted by the property and this made us wait for an hour or so after reaching the property. The bed was too soft and even though it claimed daily cleaning, no cleaning was done in the room. The room was large and spacious but these things spoiled the entire experience.
