Excellent Stay
Best stay with good food and good property with good view and good service. Mainly the restaurant staff, the captain Balli was really helpful and understanding. Would really recommend everyone to stay here as it is also pocket friendly. Also we experienced ayurvedic head and foot massage which was really good after the massage we felt so relaxed and peaceful, i would recommend everyone to try their spa as well.

Good experience to stay here . Very good view from resort
Good cleaniness in room as well as campus. Speedy service. Food good quality at reasonable price. All staff supportive. Beautiful landscaping of resort with buggy service. On remote location so u need your private vehicle ,nothing u will get nearby. 24×7 hot water in shower with ample pressure.

Okayish property, w w on't stay here again !
Less than average accommodation. Only reason i chose this is because it's close kalarichetra ( kathakali dance and others) food - definitely the worst part of the stay, very unhygienic and we didn't even drink the water there. Rooms - too big but hot and ac is practically useless.

Excellent stay
We had a delightful two-day stay. The resort's ambience, food, and facilities are very good. The staff were friendly and courteous, especially the restaurant team. Overall, it was a good experience.

Excellent Stay
It was a wonderful stay, we felt comfortable like at home. The location is downhill hence it was a little humid until it didn't rain. Food has limited choice but everything they serve is great in taste. Inside resort amenities are also great for kids to have fun without getting board. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to book it.

Average experience
coupleCertainly not worth what you pay. My room had no valley view (in fact no view at all). Wall sharing rooms cause noise from other rooms disturb us. Food is just okayish. Service is good.

Family stay with kids
Stayed with a family of 5 in 2 rooms. Rooms were average and didn’t had basics like tissues, hand towels, hair dryer, etc. The swimming pool was not clean and we saw trashes dumped on the sides of pool. The place is bit under maintained. Good sides- well behaved staffs, good food, excellent location (a bit difficult to reach using google maps)

Average stay, definitely not a 5 star property!
familyThe stay was average in my honest opinion. The resort is located at the bottom of the hill hence no view. Food was good but they had limited options during my stay. View from rooms are average. Service and staff etiquette is definitely not as per 5 star hospitality standards. Although staffs were friendly. Mineral water and baby food was not complimentary. The property is compact and hilly. Massage was a big no! won’t come again, rather prefer some other place that’s in top station.

Room stay is good improvement needed is while customer booking you have to specify the facility available for their stay in the room and also for regarding food it is complimentary or not. Price is comparatively high for the stay, and you have to make break fast is complimentary for all categories
