I enjoyed trip with family in this hotel food quality and environment very peaceful and excellent hotel have all activity Childerns enjoy this trip staff also good and have Good behavior I recommended munnar place hawk hospitality provide everything in good way

we booked a suite and the location was good but they gave us a room facing the parking lot which was horrible, if we wanted a parking lot, we could have booked standard room in any hotel nearby for lesser price. for a 4 star hotel, there were no basic amenities like glasses or cups in the room. Breakfast was average but you wouldn't get anything on request, we asked for coffee and waited for 25mins but didn't get it so we left, next day we didn't even go for breakfast. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff was nice and convenient to the town.

The room was well maintained with thoughtful amenities and a wonderful panoramic balcony view to tea plantations, an ideal spot to unwind in the serenity . Varied food items were offered in their buffet menu including regional food items that made the experience memorable. The staff was courteous and polite making it a memorable stay. Would love to return soon.

The Hotel is big but unclean, lack of staff, food is just okay. There was this constant pungent smell in washroom. Bedsheets were unclean too.They don’t even have a Menu Card in room for ordering food.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience. However, my check-out time was a bit of a struggle. Despite having a complimentary late check-out option, I was initially told it wasn't possible due to high occupancy. After some negotiation, they allowed me to check out by 12:00 PM, which was appreciated. The hotel seems to be popular, and the high occupancy affected some of the services. If you're planning to stay here, I'd recommend confirming the check-out time and other complimentary services in advance. The staff were helpful, but the hotel's policies and availability might impact your experience. Amenities and location-wise, the hotel is good, but the experience might vary depending on how busy they are. Hope this helps

The hotel is situated in a Good location , the view from the hotel and from our balcony was awesome, reception staff was good, but it's not a 5 ⭐ category, we had breakfast fast only which was average, lot of things need to repair/change in washroom ( leakage/damage), balcony area and common areas are not maintained, overall stay was good and peaceful.

This property is not deserving more than 3star catagory. MMT is making fool to people with showing 5star catagory hotel while booking. No cleaning room and balcony. Swimming pool is bery dirty and hotel is not maintained the pool. No welcome drink given by Hotel though it has mentioned by MMT while booking. MMT is cheating to people with showing wrong catagory while booking and this shows a complete cheating to guest by MMT as well as Hotel. Wash room near swimming pool is not cleaning and cames very bad smell. Germs are in Swimming pool. I request to everyone, please don't go with this hotel. It will be completely waste of money.

I had a good stay overall. The rooms were neat and clean, and the bathroom was well maintained. The property is in a decent location and provided a comfortable experience. However, there were no welcome drinks on arrival, which could have added a nice touch. Considering the price, it would have been better if some complimentary snacks or biscuits were provided in the room. Food options and other facilities were satisfactory. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement.

Not worth of the rate tag it has. Food average, no hot water in early morning hours, we have waited 30 min for luggage pick up during checkout and none turned for luggage, finally we got to take the luggage on our own. Only I am a bit happy is that they didn’t cost me for additional mattress.

Very much pleasant stay. The staff behavior was also very good, especially Aleena the girl at dining. My daughter liked her very much. The buffet, the room, the swimming pool, the ambience all were good.
