Resort food, Ambience and friendly staff are great.But we had horrible experience while checkin delayed for 2 hours and other then that everything is perfect. Essentially their food was delicious and room experience is excellent and swimming pool was great also.

Had a great time with family. Kids enjoyed their stay and facilities. Food and hospitality was top notch. Location was little far from Munnar and I couldn’t get that low temperature I was expecting. Everything else is great 👍🏻

Location is good, Rooms are very clean & luxurious, Food was delicious.The chefs had come to know what kind of food we wanted, these type of gesture i really loved it. overall excellent stay
