Wild Elephant Eco-Friendly Resort

The rooms were average and food were not great. We don’t have other option than having the same food which was prepared and if we ask for extra egg they have charged 100 for each egg.

There is no extra floor mats inside the room though it was full of wet floor because it was fully raining there is no hot water for two days in our room we complained many time they said will come wait for 20min 10min but no hot water and for drinking hot water they are not providing on default we want to ask for it and at night suddenly we asked for hot water but they said room locked cannot provide then we said for an kid having caugh continuously then only they given hot water, food cost is heavy and need improvements in maintenance

Tv & cable cant connect together & wall fan some far away from bed .. room having no floor mat .. otherthan the view of resorts is vibrant

The room was not the one shown in the booking image. It was very conjusted and there were no table available nor the balcony. Got an extra bed with 500rs extra. But there were no proper space for one single extra bed. Service was not that good. Only positive thing was the food. Not at all satisfied with the room.

Worst hotel , no name board , there is other name in their, no breakfast given

firstly I want to say its quiet difficult to find out the exact location, because this resort had already changed to another name. It's not updated by makemytrip. This make us to reach there at 1 am. This affected our entire plan. But the resort was nice, their hospitality is good. There food and room was quiet good.

We booked 2 rooms 5.5k thought we’ll have bit of premium expectations but it was not met the room was smaller one room didn’t had proper balcony view ,food was good in morning then average overall average experience the pool is good

They did not give us room which we booked during the booking. instead They gave us really bad room . That is not a resort it is a lodge. After checking in they are telling us stay or leave now.

Hi, i think this is the most worst app in india, i am residing in alappuzha, as per my promise to my daughter we plan to go for a trip in munnar and she want pool resort, that's why i booked this resort via this app, we reached in adimali and call to resort two contacts, no one responded, we take a tea break, then i get call it was from resort saying that they are not ready for servicing us. Ask location no response and rooms not available. I ask about my concern they saying that money may be refunded it's not sure. I drove 140km(oneside) from my home reach around 4:30pm. I don't get any hospitality and service from you and that resort. It was a short vacation for us, trip was thrilling because we reach our at 3:00am. Nice experience. Super. Not recommended and never install. Best part is no contact person in your company for servicing and guidance. Ridiculous people i definitely going to consumer court. Our time. Our money. Our happy moments. My kids happiness everything you people destroy. I never ever recommend your mobile application. Because you people cheated. I lost my money. Who is responsible for my money. The resort people dire me. I know there is low and order. Today onward s i start to fight against you people for justice

Roads are little terrible, food are average menu, staffs are average service. But site views is good nice location have to get more pics.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with a hotel booked Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property was not at all well-maintained, contrary to the misleading photos The hostility from the staff was palpable, with zero sense of hospitality. The rooms were shockingly small, dirty, and infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to stay. Within 10 minutes of arriving, we decided to leave due to the unbearable conditions. Astonishingly, no one from the hotel staff even bothered to ask why we were leaving. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and i expect much better standards and accountability

Staff service is not as expected. Not caring the guest at all. Even the basic requirements provided to us only when we asked for.

The rooms are hygiene, staff was friendly and prompt. The food also taste good. Overall good experience, will recommend

Location suoerb, rooms n pool give excellent view. Very nice & cordial staff eith good sevvices. Food variety a limit, if can manage then a wot h time spending.

We had a very great experience and had a good time. Beautiful resort located in an excellent atmosphere. Hospitality is highly appreciable particularly mr. Anil - resort incharge. Highly recommended.

I had chosen the standard room. The saff where friendly and very helpful. But the rooms were little old. The toilet was clean but the hot water comes very slow and it's not really hot all the time. The view from the resort is so mesmerizing. The food is bit overpriced at the location, but you can easily find other options if you have a car.

The stay was overall good the staff was really friendly and took care as per our needs. It was a good experience
