My stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality and professionalism truly made a difference and made me feel very welcome. Every part of my stay was enjoyable, from check-in to check-out. I appreciated the attention to detail and the overall pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service. Loved my time here and would return again!

Not upto the mark, either staff were short or their was some poor management in terms of cleanliness. From dirty windows glass to broken walls it was not giving a good vibe. At 9am you can see all the leftover of the marriage parties that was held last night and that too in front area near reception or where functions were held.

Food was good but breakfast had waiting!!! Not a small line.... The staff is friendly, rooms ate nice

His dedication and friendly attitude made our stay even more comfortable. The property itself is beautiful — peaceful surroundings, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a family getaway. Stay was good. This property is good for budget stays not for very expensive stay as high proce doesnt justify the property. Navraaj and Neeraj Ji both of them helped us in having a good time at the property

We had a wonderful stay at Taj Surajkund, Faridabad. The moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a peaceful view of the greenery around. The pool area and spa are perfect spots to unwind, giving a true resort feel without leaving the city. Dining options were excellent — delicious food with great attention to detail from the staff. What impressed us most was the courteous and attentive service throughout our stay. Taj Surajkund is an ideal getaway for both relaxation and luxury. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Taj Surajkund and had an extremely disappointing experience. We arrived just an hour late, yet the room was still not ready and we were made to wait another full hour for the keys. That pretty much set the tone for the stay. We headed for lunch only to find most of the food already finished, and dinner was no better. The property was overcrowded due to a wedding event, which the staff clearly could not handle. Every single activity had long waiting lines, even close to midnight. Basic hotel operations like managing breakfast were pure chaos. We were made to wait for almost an hour to enter the breakfast area, as if we were queued up for a public feast instead of a luxury hotel meal. Although the taste and variety at the buffet were surprisingly good, many items were constantly out of stock and replenishing took forever. The live counters were so slow that each dish took almost 20 minutes. The most frustrating part was how mismanaged everything felt. Half of the stay was spent just waiting in queues, starting right from check-in. The staff didn’t seem cordial or prepared to handle guests efficiently. This was nothing close to the hospitality Taj is known for. I genuinely felt like I wasted my money on what turned out to be an incredibly stressful and unpleasant experience. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. Definitely not the Taj legacy one would expect.

Room size is huge, staff was well trained, Good hospitality . Breakfast buffet was good . I had pizza at lunch that was also yummy.

The stay in Taj Surajkund Resorts and Spa was wonderful. Me and my husband drove to Surajkund in our own car with the help of google maps. Our welcome was very nice with a welcome drink. The room was very clean. The staff is very helpful. The manager Mr. Ramneet Singh was very courteous. The surrounding was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was overcrowded and they didn't meet our pre request of one king or queen single bed instead of two single beds... plus in room there was no rug or carpet.. rooms look outdated with no paintings on the wall
