Reception staff was not good and rude.. didn't provide bath tub room as shown in picture.. no space to stay for drivers.. no special thing.. food was very good and restaurant staff was very good

Poor Stay

It did not feel like 5 star.It was a normal 3 start hotel.Had to remind again and again for what was asked.charged high even for extension till 7.
