I have stayed at multiple Taj hotels but this was the worst experience because of the following reasons: 1) Room cleanliness and washrooms were not at par 2) Breakfast buffet had too less items and the taste was awful for all the items. 3) Delayed luggage services.

Location was beautiful. Room was neat& clean with a beautiful view. The gymnasium & spa were very very good. They have an amazing breakfast spread. The staff is very helpful

Taj Swarna has good property, people and processes. Rooms were spacious, staff were excellent, always smiling face and ready to serve. Food was excellent, my kids loved their Indian and American food. Freshly made tea and coffee were just outstanding. Loved to visit that property again !!!
