Taj Club House, Chennai

My stay at Hotel Taj, booked through MakeMyTrip, was exceptional! The room was luxurious, clean, and had a stunning view. The staff were warm, attentive, and made my stay truly memorable. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a great variety of options. We were for medical trip, never tired in Taj CH. Mind-blowing breakfast, great staff. Environment is very peaceful.

location facility food was really good howevethe hair dryer in washroom was a total waste, they need to keep big and good hair dryer to i feel rest all was good

The room was spacious but was not sound proof. Whenever somebody in another room slams the door or close the door, it was very audible to me and disturbing during the sleep.

Long queue for breakfast. Waiting period is 10-15 minutes. No back up place available.. dinner order delivered in 1 hour. Pathetic hotel

Taj Club House is an excellent business and leisure hotel in the heart of the Chennai city Good food and very courteous staff

We stayed in this location for 2 days and had an average experience.The hotel location is excellent with good connectivity with staff ready to welcome you with a smile. The checkin and checkout process is smooth and rooms are spacious with relatively clean. The bathroom shows wear and tear specially mirror area otherwise. Our dining experience was not so good. The staff tends to forget the order specially during breakfast time specially the make to order counter. Both days we either didnt get what we ordered or got only half. Being said that, the breakfast spread is good and also lunch/dinner. Swimming pool is under construction, so it is bit uncomfortable to swim in a closed surrounding and the staff clearly can’t distinguish between swimming dress and non. But you can enjoy if you want to. Gym and spa is good but again lack cleanliness. Overall don’t book if you want Taj experience, I believe this hotel comes below Vivanta tier hotel.

Stay was good & nice

Taj is known and ment for good customer service and good behaviour from taj staff. May be my comparison with other property of taj is not right where we got very good service.

Would like to highlight a few wonderful things for my stay: - The chef at Beyond Indus is truly exceptional. I ordered soya chaap and absolutely loved it. I also wanted to try the biryani but I wouldn't be able to finish a full portion. To my surprise, the chef graciously prepared soup-bowl quantity of biryani just for me as a thoughtful gesture. Such warmth and hospitality made the experience unforgettable. I deeply appreciate this kindness and highly recommend the chef for both the food and the incredible care shown to guests. - As a thoughtful Dusshera gesture, we were given small gifts at the time of checkout. That's sweet! - Also, Taj gave a voucher of 500 rupees before the stay valid for a month. Highy appreciated!

Bad hospitality and pathetic staff courtesy. Nothing will come on time and you will have to keep following up. Not worth the price. Even the breakfast spread is too less and bad. Over all food isn't their strong point.

Amazing experience at Taj club house Chennai. Hospitality was spotless, zero margin of error. Staff are friendly and valet parking was hassle free. Room was cleaned on the daily basis without bothering to ask room service. Best part was scrumptious buffet breakfast. Overall it was success and enjoyed short stay with family at hotel.

There was loud music till 1:45 am. It was difficult to sleep. The rooms are not sound proof. I had to complain couple of times to stop the music
