Gateway Goa, Palolem

Cloud 9 Sarovar Premiere Palolem is a brand new gem in South Goa, and I can proudly say it was one of my best stays ever in Goa! The property began operations in October 2024 with 105 rooms, and they're adding 50 more soon — and trust me, this place has everything you could ask for on a vacation. The staff is absolutely outstanding — genuinely the highlight of my stay. From Ms. Khushi and Anjali to the entire F&B team, everyone went above and beyond. Not once did I hear a "no" to any request. Also worth mentioning — not a single staff member was seen distracted on their phones, which is rare these days and speaks volumes about their professionalism and training. We stayed in the Ocean View Room 407, and wow — it has the best view of the pool and the ocean! A complimentary fruit basket, a delicious cake, and a thoughtful coffee mug gift for our anniversary made our stay extra special. 💙 The property has ample parking, is just a 5-minute drive from Palolem Beach, and offers pick-up and drop facilities to the beach. The pool is amazing, and the gym is exceptionally well-equipped — not just a token treadmill like other Gateway Goa, Palolems, but a full range of dumbbells, cardio machines, and more. Though I didn’t use the spa, it looked great. We had opted for breakfast and dinner included, and the food was largely excellent — while some dishes were a bit salty or average, the dessert variety was top-notch. Room amenities and cleanliness were impeccable, and the housekeeping staff checked in every evening to see if we needed anything. Room service was quick and efficient, the minibar was well-stocked (beer, chocolates, snacks — all at additional cost), and the à la carte menu, while on the pricier side, was worth it for the quality and service. A warm welcome drink with coconut chocolates and a pint of beer was a delightful touch. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t feel like leaving. This will absolutely be my go-to place for staycations in Goa. Highly, highly recommended!

It would be short of words to explain this amazing experience of true hospitality from super talented and amazing staff , the entire services , Amazing tasty bites at Restaurant, airy rooms , Welcome drink was super cool and powerful gesture of welcoming guest with a sea stone garland , nicely maintained amenities - room bar - toiletries, Excellent cushions and mattresses , Room Interiors are top notch . Indeed , The best stay ever experienced so far !!! We have been almost all parts of India and has been in GOA for last 5 days . We have been with best of the brands Gateway Goa, Palolem with 5 star facilities in Goa but Cloud 9 and it’s surrounding makes it unique and a must visit Gateway Goa, Palolem. The best and international quality accommodation kept us busy in finding the details of the layout , decor , rooms interior and all . The overall theme of the Gateway Goa, Palolem at reception with detailing of glass and wall decoration with Panji Ferry Road Theme is a well thought effort . The dining experience with top notch service was topclass and food quality and taste was fantastic will remain in memories for years - Thanks to Chef !!! The theme in the corridor with carpet and wall decoration with Sea and Beaches theme keeps you feel energetic and thrilled . Shall surely come back !!!

We stayed at Cloud 9, Goa for a short family getaway, and it truly lived up to its name. From the moment we arrived, the experience was warm, welcoming, and stress-free. The property has a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. The location was convenient for exploring nearby beaches and local attractions. What stood out most was the hospitality—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Every request was met with a smile, and it felt like they genuinely cared about ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The dining options were also impressive, with fresh and tasty meals served promptly. The common areas and facilities like swimming pool were clean and inviting. Shuttle service was provided to nearby beaches.

We had the pleasure of staying at Cloud9 for four nights with our twin babies that are 5 months old. Right from the moment we entered the Gateway Goa, Palolem, we were welcomed by everyone. It didn't feel like we were coming to a new place to stay, it felt like we were staying with family. From the reception to the restaurant and to the housekeeping staff we were constantly checked up on to make sure we were doing well. They left no stone unturned to make this holiday amazing for us. We are very happy that we stayed here. We will definitely come back again once we get the chance

Cloud 9 Sarovar Premiere is fantastic! The stay, the experience, the staff, -- all spot on! Especially love the warmth and attention paid every step of the way, be it the lobby or room service. The masseuses at the spa were great too, really considerate and mindful of our expectations. Most memorable aspect was the view of the calming river and all the way behind, the roaring sea!

excellent property with great location and beautiful views.everything was top-notch.just one thing needs to improve is food. I stayed here two nights and observed that many dishes are repeated again.There is a vast scope of improvement in the buffet dessert section .
