Gateway Goa, Palolem

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of Patnem Beach. The staff were exceptionally humble and helpful at every step, always checking in to see if they could assist us in any way. The hotel even arranged complimentary cab services for pick-ups and drop-offs to nearby beaches, which made our travel easy and comfortable. The food was excellent and thoughtfully prepared, with kid-friendly options like khichdi and porridge available at all times. The lavish buffet spread was truly mouthwatering. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the warm hospitality.

Location is good staffs are very polite and helpful and you can rent bikes inside the property if needed.

stay was really good but breakfast can be better. taste is below average and staff response is very late. can be more proactive to getting the things.

The hotel is very near to Patnem and Rajbagh beach. Rooms were very clean and their service is top notch. Swimming pool was also ckean and well maintained. Really enjoyed the stay. Sea view from balcony was awesome. Next time if plan to visit South Goa will definitely stay here again.

A very neat and comfortable hotel. The staff was extremely cordial and supportive throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was quite good, with a nice variety of options. Would certainly like to return.

We searched this property on make my trip and got good discount when we booked we were confused that is our good choice or not but once we reached there , very happy to see its ambience, facilities which they were providing. They provided pickup and drop from airport and railway station also that was the plus point apart from it they were providing a cab for nearby places as per our needs . They had arrangements for nearby beaches but strict to time for pickup and drop ,in it they covered palolem beach , patnem beach and Rajbagh beach .My kids were very happy to stay there because of swiming pool .Food was awesome ,all staff were very helpful and cheerful .If u are planning for goa with ur family so this is the correct place for stay .I m very happy after staying there.Morning view was amazing.Really we enjoyed a lot there.

The property is amazing and the staff is thoroughly professional. We enjoyed the services offered. Sanloy was superb and made us comfortable during our stay and we enjoyed our meals which were customised to our requirements by the chef. Abhirup and Janice at the front desk took good care of our requirements and guided us, as required. overall a memorable stay and we would love to visit again.

This hotel is right on highway in Palolem , beautiful view from the room of the sea . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had a short break, it’s worth every penny. The interior decor of the lobby, rooms and even corridors is very Goan. Definitely worth another visit soon. SPA was very relaxing and food was all right . Actually only reason to be back will be the view from the room rest all is secondary for me.

We stayed for 3 days and everything was so pleasant. Hospitality was awesome and the staff at front desk and f&b was also very supportive and nice. Special thanks to mr. Anurag at front desk who helped us in redeeming MMT voucher and Mr. Lalit from f&b, there was one more guy who was very sweet in f&b I cannot remember the name. Overall it was lovely. We will surely visit again soon.
