Dear Team, I’m writing to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at Goa Marriott, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations—especially considering our previous positive experiences at Marriott properties in Coorg and Mahabaleshwar. Right from the check-in on Day 1, the experience was underwhelming. No one came forward to assist us or even guide us to the check-in desk—we had to search for it ourselves. Unlike other Marriott properties where we’ve stayed, there was no warm welcome or explanation provided about the property or its facilities. We had to take the initiative to ask all the necessary questions. What made the experience worse was an incident in the lobby: while my child was playing, a front desk executive approached us and, in a very rude manner, asked, “Is that your kid? Take care of your kid.” This kind of tone and approach is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a family-friendly hotel. We came for a vacation expecting a pleasant and hospitable environment, not to be spoken to in such a way. This experience has left us very disappointed. We hope that this feedback is taken seriously and corrective steps are taken to improve guest service and staff conduct. Also mocktail or beer was included on the wecome they have given kokam sharbat which was tasteless the welcoming was like a property. Sincerely,

Excellent property. Heart of Panjim area. Isolated from tourist locations leading to extra expenses when you need to go anywhere. Breakfast spread is amazing but need better special choices restaurants. Tea and coffee are bad in the restaurant. Friendly staff ensure good experience.

Experience was great. Good clean room with sea view. Room service awesome. Check in n check out done very smoothly. However during my booking this room thru MMT, it showed free BF AND also one free meal Lunch or Dinner, which was not fulfilled. Also in my booking had a free fruit basket,which I got on the 1st day of check in and on the other 2nd day , the hotel refused saying it's not on the list. BF was free , with plenty varieties. All staff members very nice, with smiling face. Great Ambience . Overall awesome stay, refreshing

The resort is located at the prime Center location with easy access to North and South Goa. The room had direct sea access. The best part was the staff, they took such good care of us , made us feel like home. Food was awesome. We will definitely come back again.
