This is a beautiful property for a family vacation with private beach, clean rooms, good food and Taj experience

I had a wonderful stay at Taj Cidade De Goa Heritage resort. The staff was very friendly with the kids making the meal time really easy for us parents. Their private beach is a plus. Even the pool and rooms were top notch. Had a great time there.

Property location is very amazing and food was delicious. Amenities & services very good and staff is very helpful

Property was good but rooms were average. My wife had some back problem and they won’t have elevator in our part of property and they gave me room at level 5. They refused to change our rooms by saying property is full even there were new clients check in was there after us . A hotel like this without elevator was really a big problem for us . Food was also average .

The hotel stay was excellent — the food was delicious, the hospitality was outstanding, and the place itself was truly amazing. A perfect experience overall!

Nothing sort of excellent. Nice sea front rooms, great staff and super clean rooms. The restaurants are also very good and provide a wide range of goan and other cuisines

Location, food, pool, services or hospitality provided were really good and upto the mark as expected. Special sweet effort for our anniversary celebration was done by Nikita, Narayan.

I was forced to take staircase inspite of repeatedly telling I have leg pain (due to a fracture) and misguided that taking staircase was unavoidable to reach the room while all others who checked in (even after me) were sent in the Buggy. The reality was room no 419 was far which was on the other end. No hospitality. No politeness

The stay at this property was excellent. Very good hospitality, clean and tidy rooms and comprehensive breakfast menu were the highlights. The staff is courteous and helped us get a better room on request.

I had a memorable time With my family at Taj Heritage Hotel it was a very nice experience location is very good, staff was helpful and courteous Diwali celebrations was awesome, the rooms are well kept and the food had lots of variety.

The room service team was always available, kind, and patient, making our stay with an infant so effortless. They even prepared fresh baby food exactly how we wanted — such a thoughtful touch! Every meal we had was delicious, and every moment felt warm and personal. the sea side was amazing becauseof the rides and waves. did water sports. enjoyed saraswat thali and motichoor ladoo

The start from the welcome to the whole vehicle transfer and transfer to the station and the whole stay it was fabulous and the team was very courteous & dedicated to all requirements to be cleared properly.

We had a fantastic stay at Taj Cidade de Goa. The property is well maintained, the pool and private beach were spotless, and the breakfast and dinner spreads were excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Check-in felt a bit chaotic due to the rush, and the clubhouse and kids’ play area could use more options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we’d love to return. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Rooms in the heritage property are not worth the price. Guests are quite unruly- they eat food at the counters and the restaurant management does not make attempts to control such guests despite of intimating them.

I really enjoyed staying at Taj Cidade De Goa. Taj Cidade Goa Heritage is situated in a quiet yet central part of Goa, offering easy access to Panjim and the beaches. The pool is large, clean, and relaxing with enough space for both families and couples. The private beach area is peaceful and well-kept, perfect for walks or a quiet swim. Special thanks to Reception Manager Mehul for warm, efficient, and thoughtful assistance that made the stay smooth and enjoyable.
