Rooms were excellent with all the facilities provided. Supervisor Ms. Jennet was very helpful and courteous. The beach was very close and one of the best in S.Goa.

Ihad a disappointing stay at this hotel. There was no car parking available, the room was not clean, and I even found ants inside the room. The rooms looked nothing like the photos . Overall, not worth the experience.

The 3 nights stay in palolem inn was good. Room was spacious and clean. Wifi, tv, mini refrigerator, electric kettle all were in good condition.

The overall stay was not at all good. 1) day 1 no hot water 2) the swimming pool is non operational. Complete dirty 3) the service manager is arrogant while talking to the female. 4) no towel replacement in 2 days. 5) no tea bags and milk powder. Not at all happy with service and stay.

The hotel is good fiid us very tasty, big clean rooms, staffs are polite and helping and i minute walk to the beach. Please note that the hotel is not "at the beach". I hd preferred hotel/hut/cottage opens to the beach. Palolem is known for that. There are plenty of options
