This hotel is a disaster. Right from the start, the experience was full of lies, denial, and arrogance. False Promises & Accusations: Before booking, I clearly asked if the room had a chain latch for safety (as I was traveling with my small child). The reservation team promised it would be provided. At check-in, the staff flatly denied it, accused me of lying, and only after I showed call history did they reluctantly admit I had called — but still refused to provide the latch. Being accused of lying by hotel staff is absolutely unacceptable. Buffet Breakfast Mess: For two days, staff told us it was fine to take plates of food to the room for our sleeping child. On the third day, another staff member stopped me mid-way, rudely saying, “I don’t care who told you — it’s against the rules.” At checkout, the restaurant manager came out aggressive and argumentative instead of listening. Terrible Attitude & Inconsistent Rules: Every staff member seems to have their own version of “rules,” which change day by day. Instead of hospitality, you get arrogance and blame. This place does not understand basic respect or customer service. Guests are treated as liars, rules are invented on the spot, and management’s only response is to argue. If you value honesty, respect, and peace of mind — avoid this hotel at all costs.

I loved everything about the hotel, from the location to the infrastructure to the staff. This is an excellent hotel with a super staff. People are courteous, thoughtful and kind. 1. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 2. The service is 10/10 3. The property is well made 4. The pool is amazing The reception area is thoughtfully crafted, with a Pool Table and sitting spaces to chill out. Absolutely recommend it!

The resort is very beautiful and very nice location. However the management can still do better. For the price they charge the amenities are less. They are actually very stingy when it comes to providing general consumables.

Great escape

This is a luxury resort about 25km msouth of Panaji. Place is reachable comfortably by car. They actually have a direct access to beach in 5 min from room and a restaurant up there. There are 2-3 restaurants within the place and the food and presentation is good. All facilities like games, pool, Spa are actually present and clean and working. This place is expensive, and the stay is worth it. We came as a family just to relax, and this place is comfortable for that. Can't talk about attractions nearby as I didn't bother but shouldn't matter if you have a vehicle. The resort itself ha sufficient entertainment for a few days.
