stay was okay, many problems in the room, leakage in the washroom, one part near the washroom door was broken, multiple follow up for the room service, there was no refrigerator in the room after asking also they didn't provide. Phone wasn't working breakfast and food quality was good.

Stay was good. but, the issue with MMT bookings. while bookings I entered my kids age correctly. But it was booked with age 7 &7 instead of 7& 14. so I had paid 18000 extra for additional kid. No Support provided by MMT

reach hotel very early before check in time,but staff alow to check in confirm & provide room. my wife & Both Daughter enjoyed all the shooting environment and delicious food......all staff was humble and coperative......i thankful to all team with special thanks manager Ratnesh ji who gives special attention to all guests individually...... overall was a good package & experience.

I recently stayed at Park Regis Goa. The room was fairly good and comfortable. The restaurant service was excellent, thanks to Sagar, Fardin, Asmit, and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. I had opted for the all-inclusive food package, and the meals prepared by the chef were absolutely top-notch — delicious, well-presented, and served with great care. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Disappointing Food Service Experience

The in-room dining service is extremely poor. Calls are hardly ever picked up, and whenever I manage to place an order, the food takes almost 2 hours to arrive. This has happened every single time I ordered, which is very disappointing for a hotel of this level. Service needs serious improvement.

Worst stay ever, room was dirty had leakages. Water was dripping, Hotel did not bother to even change the room or do anything to solve the issue.

Had the worst experience in the hotel, while sleeping the bathroom glass fell down and broke at about 3:30 AM. Next day after complaining about it, room was cleaned but nothing discussed. The day of checkout the whole staff started lashing out loud. As we were getting late to catch flight we had to pay for the glass which we never broke. From victims we became the culprits, thanks to park regis staff

Park Regis is a very good property. Amazing swimming pool with a dedicated kids pool which is very well maintained. Rooms - are very big with complete amenities like bath tub, good TV, bed, water AC. Location - is prime on the main Arpora road within 20 mins of all major North Goa places. Food - Decent quality food, good breakfast spread for veg. Improvements - During the rains, we didn't have enough umbrellas to come to the reception area. There is no internet connection available for TV. Staff was super helpful and courteous always. Apart from small improvements, it was a really enjoyable experience for a family with kids.
