Beautiful property ,amazing staff ,nice and clean ,price was mind blowing lov to stay again and again

The food was fantastic in terms of texture and taste, only problem was slightly less salt but you could always ask for it. The best french fries i have ever had. Service was also fantastic. Great and comfortable rooms and looks exactly as the images show. Only change i would make is swapping out the soap for shower gel instead. Incredibly peaceful, aesthetic and good vibes overall.

Such an amazing stay and the staff was good It was a good stay overall...staff was amazing and the facilities were good.

Let’s discuss below the Good, Bad & Worst of the property: 1. Good: A.The staff of the hotel is highly responsive & cooperative. B.The place is as per the pictures. C.Location is good as not very far away from beach and not crowded area as well. 2. Bad: ⁠ A. Pool lacks maintenance and has minor broken tiles which can cause minor cuts. B. My room was slightly smelly, could be due to some smoker in the room earlier. C. There was a minor power cut for which they had backup but it kept switching 2-3 times for a good 15 minute period. D. All Food and liquor served at property is overpriced, i also saw some other guest arguing with them over it at the reception. E. Milk Sachets (mix) was expired which was kept in the room. Upon requesting they changed it but this is not acceptable F. Washroom consumables were half used, we just ignored this 3. Worst: I will just state facts and you guys are free to judge for yourself: A. I booked property from 1st October to 5th October B. 3 days before reaching I requested the hotel to move my booking 1 day prior (30th September - 4th October) as i had a family function. C. The guy whose number is listed and handles their social media (judging by his knowitall comments) tells me to speak to MMT D. I spoke to MMT who said they are ok to do it but have sent mail to the hotel for their confirmation E. This genius denies the date change sighting property is full F. I called him to request wherein he first acted all over smart buy telling me they don’t run a Dharamshala but a 4 star hotel.

Nc rooms, cool n calm place . Preferred kitchen to be opened til night 00:00 and days hours fully opened.

awesome experience ! staff is very good, service is nice. Food quality and taste is superb, we didn't feel to go out and eat for a single day also. amazing experience , I would love to stay there again . only one thing is little inside in morjim but does not matter if we anyway going to take scooty. rooms are big, tv and internet sometime create issues . greenly is too much, you can even eat mangoes from tree outside of resort.

A nice cozy resort, a little away from Morjim beach. Very friendly and hospitable staff with all amenities maintained well.

staff miss kalpita ka behaviour bahut acha hai aur baaki sab bhi ache hai

first of all they gave normal room....after that i asked for my one they again gave another room...i booked balcony hill and pool view.... secondly they denied to clean my room and said " hum 6 baje ke baad room saaf nhi krte "

Food was ok. But there was no slippers in room. No tooth brush paste kit was provided. Room condition was not upto the mark.

Out of location property, must say cheap hotels you’ll find everything cheap. The towels, the food you don’t get food after 6pm. You will need to do zomato. The hotel charges you for food as much they charge for the room. The hotel also charges you for another day if you’re coming out after 10am.

Good hotel. All amenities are available good food loved the stay calm location. They do have game rooms, restaurant and a small pool also

I had booked the place reading the reviews. My and my family visited. Reviews understate the property. It was a amazing property. Extremely courteous staff. I ended up extending a day of my vacation and even recommended a friend who can and stayed. A special thanks to man-nu naik, aakash, and anthony for a memorable stay and making it special.
