This is the first hotel where I felt like running even after paying full in advance. An old hotel where they have not repaired any thing they installed 35 years back. Be prepared to use old linen cramped bathroom with bare basic fittings and amenities. The worst part first time in my life I called house keeping for drinking water first thing the informed u have to pay first n then they informed me to call restaurant even there they asked me that u have to pay then only we can send water. I stayed in a so called suite the only good thing about the hotel is that the room was spacious. The hotel is very inside a small lane and really far from any beaches.

The property is very big, spanning over both sides of the approach road. It has two swimming pools, one on each side. Pool is exceptionally clean, so is the room. Parking space is plenty, this is one of the few resorts in Goa with ample parking space. Staff is very polite and cordial. However, they could have been more professional. We stayed in suite room, it is very spacious and cosy. However, the tv was not functioning properly, and the refrigerator was pretty old and a bit stale. But we didn't care as we didn't use either of these. The property is located near an internal road, approach is not that excellent. Nevertheless, overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent service, Cleaned Rooms, Staff also good, Location is good you can get peace. Swimming pool is good.

Had a lovely stay at the resort! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The swimming pool was a highlight — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. Would definitely visit again!

The awesome stay at LaGoa Azul resort is too good as per budget and especially the sea food they make yummy. The staff are very helpful. They gave us an earlier check-in and we reached the resort by 6 am and our check in time was 2 pm but still management gave us the room before time.

The rooms are big, and the AC's cooling is below average. So it takes a lot time for the room to get cool. Also, thhe fan is not directly above the bed, so it was of no use. We only had to rely on the AC. The biggest problem of all is that that washrooms have no ventialtion. Property is old but decently maintained. Pool are is well-maintained as well.

Clean and nice stay. bathroom are small specially the shower area. The property is quite. it's about 10mins walk from main road. many street dogs to follow, risky. service is good.

I don't believe in writing a review but here i want to write. It is a very peaceful place where i have enjoyed a lot with my kid, the food is very tasty with less spicy, all staff behaviour is very good, specially the old man in the restaurant (not remember his) who will give you service like home.

stay was comfortable breakfast was good only issue was cleanliness of common areas other wise all good 😊

Completely Disappointing Experience – Worst Stay Ever!" I had the most frustrating experience at this resort, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Upon checking in, I was given the wrong room – and not just a little mistake, but a completely different room from what I had booked in advance. I had specifically reserved but they gave me a wrong room with no explanation. When I went back to the front desk to address the issue, I was met with complete indifference. The staff seemed unprepared to handle the situation and just shrugged it off, saying "Sorry, we're fully booked." No effort was made to offer a proper solution or make it right. What really got to me was the lack of professionalism and customer care. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place completely ruined my vacation, and I will never be returning.

It was a great experience in goa to stay at lagoa, ambience & service was too good. Room was neat and clean
