We recently stayed at the hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The ambience of the entire property was beautiful and well-maintained, and we especially loved the spacious outdoor areas. The game zone for kids was a Boon—it kept the little ones happily engaged throughout our stay. The rooms were cosy, and having a balcony added to the comfort. However, we did face one issue: there was a noticeable foul, dusty smell in the room, which was quite discomforting. We hope the management looks into this, as fixing it would make the stay perfect. Apart from that, it was a nice experience, and we enjoyed our time at the property.

Not worth it

Property location is really good, staff is really humble and helping in nature but when it comes to food it’s really not worth. It was really disappointing. Menu was same for 3 days continuously, in the name of Indian sweet they only served kheer for 3 days. Taste was also below average for most of the items. And as we were in Goa, we expected hotel to serve more varieties for regional food, but they only served a standard few fish dishes, that too very disappointing. Overall it was a waste of money.

Poor Stay

The experience wasn't so great as expected from hyatt, room was good , amenities were good but the service were poor, food variety was not as five star, less availabilities in breakfast, not at all like as they had charged, staff was rude, chef was not understanding what we wanted, no jain food at all, food was taste less, they were telling on face that do whatever u want to do but they wont change anything. If we ask for towel it used. To come after 45 minutes, zero mannered staff Worst experience

Wonderful stay with good food and excellent staff. The breakfast spread was good and the ever smiling staff was always there when special dietary requirements were to be had for my infant. All in all a wonderful experience.

The hotel denied early check-in inspite of prior requested for early checkin. the night associate was rude, not helpful and non considerate. The kettle was not working, room phone cordless phone was not working. The room bed had insects eggs falling from the top wooden furniture and bed rest. There was no anti slippery mat in the shower. No bathrobe, no in room slippers. Had to call multiple times to request all. Had to change rooms 3 times in 24 hours. Manager Shivam helped to get it fixed after multiple requests. Other staff lacks customer service, no ownership

My stay at Hyatt Place Goa, Candolim was a mixed bag of positive and challenging aspects. The hotel's location was convenient, though I had hoped for direct access to the beach. A delightful surprise was their gesture of arranging a lovely cake for my celebration and an upgrade to a pool-view King bed room. The rooms themselves were quite a highlight – clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The dining experience was mixed; the live counter at breakfast covering omelets, dosa, uttapam, and waffles was a highlight, and basic items like yogurt were good, but the Indian food at breakfast could be improved. Apart from breakfast, only à la carte was available, and that food was not to my expectation. It would have been a better experience if a buffet was available, especially with more crowds. Overall, considering the price, I felt the value for money was average, especially since the food and ambiance were not up to my expectations for a Hyatt hotel. However, it's possible that the livelier atmosphere, similar to other Hyatt hotels or other famous hotel chains, could enhance the overall experience.
