Location of the property was lil secluded but property itself is beautiful. Amenities and Services were good. Although i would like to advise one thing about Zodiac restaurant where we had dinner, there the staff was not pleasant unlike Radisson Blue Candolim where we stayed earlier from 6/9 to 9/9. Staff of Radisson Blue Candolim was young, energetic and polite. And while having complementary b’fast one of the staff (Krishna Chandu Poojary) kept hovering and staring around and causing discomfort in Zodiac restaurant. Overall the stay was good except that b’fast thing.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, room with excellent service.Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. Overall, a truly pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay. Will definitely come back!

ITC tag but doesn’t make up for that tag!

Location wise, property is very far away from all main attractions/beach. The hotel provides pick up and drop to beach but it’s at an isolated location not the main entry to Benaulim beach. Food is not upto the mark and very few breakfast options are available. The manager is not available to put in any grievances. Bed is of foam and very uncomfortable to sleep. Front office staff are non cooperative and non responsive.

Great property! slightly dated. Had some issue with the AC which was really old. When I raised the issue with the hotel manager , i think it was Vincent. He immediately had my room changed. It was good experience for staying in this Fortune Resort Benaulim Goa ITC group. Staff were very cooperative. Also properly maintained hotel with regards to cleanliness. Food was also good and delicious. Also room service was good for kids food and no charges were applied for kids food. Thanks a lot for this hotel service. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

it's 3 star property , not 5 star very old property ,as per my observation as comparison with other 5 star of Goa of almost same price like raddison , sands it's almost 20 years old property with low maintenance and amenities, although staff is good and courteous, quality of food is also good, Spa is worst my wife paid 1770 for 10 minutes that's unprofessional staff
