property location is amazing..rooms are big.. breakfast was imcluded in tariff but it was not buffet ..it was limited to 1 dosa or 1 paratha or 1 egg omlete...it was like who keeps such breakfast limitation in such a high room tariff..it was a big turn down.its better not to book breakfast in the booking....due to that if felt room rent is not justified

Rooms were spacious and clean. staff is very courteous. location was excellent, distance from room to beach is hardy 1 min walk. Restuarant is on the beach and provides excellent food.

The beach property is at excellent location. Only few steps is away from the beach view. You can chill and relax in the property. However the cottage is old property but the rooms are spacious and clean.

It was good. Food was very good, but was very expensive. Stay was slightly expensive as compared to the facilities they provided. My daughter and my furry baby absolutely loved the location. The only problem was that i went in off season and they charged stay price similar to fortune and ITc and Hyat standards, but facilities were nowhere near. Overall, beautiful place, friendly people, mesmerizing beach. It is kinda private beach only, and you wont find a cleaner beach than varca(this one)

I must say, I have rarely encountered such an unpleasant experience at a restaurant in life. No food and no breakfast restaurantwas closed, and room smells were quite off-putting, with a musty, almost rusty aroma. While I was in the restroom, the water supply ceased functioning, and the water itself had an unpleasant odor. The only redeeming factor was the beach, which, of course, was not part of the hotel.

The room was so nice spacious and cozy. The staff were very polite and cooperative. The Restaurant provided very very delicious food especially vegetarian food. The property was at very peaceful place where we have an access for beach which is very clean and less crowded. We loved it so much!!

Cisco's is very unfriendly. Closed the in-house dining very early despite mentioning they are open until 12 am. WiFi does not work. Lights in the pathway do not function.
