The staff was very polite and nice. The toilet had broken hose and ventilator had no net so frog came in. They are understaffed.

Good staff but poor amenities

The staff was polite but the amenities were poor. They were clearly understaffed. The water hose in the Premium Beachside Cabin was spraying in all directions, liquid soap was not filled. No net on the toilet's ventilator window and a frog came in. The location is amazing and they can do so much better.

Very poor experience! The only good thing is the beach access... the room is not as shown in the photo ... they just mislead you! We booked a standard room but received a half cottage and half standard room.. faced hot water problems... plus the washrooms were not clean .. Don’t go here!

Worst hotel experience in my history of travel. Most unproffessional staffs. Whole environment over there will make you think about your decision of booking this hotel. Never book this if you want to make a memorable trip.

The cottage was okay.. the view was fabulous. Beach attached to it was clean and I enjoyed every minute on the beach. I was accompanied with friendly cute dogs 🐕 .. restaurant also serves sheesha/hookah along with food and drinks.

Booked per night against the same very poor services. Even restaurant is outsourced, limited menu for complimentary breakfast. Poor staff services, room services of food is not available, poor quality cutlery. Even intercom is not available. If possible, I could have demanded full refund.

The entire property was empty hardly any rooms were occupied we asked them for an early check in and they said they will charge us 600/- per hour which was really unreasonable, the food is tasteless , hotel staff is very rude , restaurant staff was polite though , the owner is a big scammer he charges people hefty amount for the water rides but claims it is included in the room price , overall only the restaurant and jammy s restaurant is good stay and hotel is 🤮

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning and the food was really good. However, the service could have been better, our check-in was delayed by about 30 minutes even though it was scheduled for 2 PM. Also, the washroom lacked proper hangers; the only one available was placed too high to use comfortably. Overall, a good stay but room for improvement in service and amenities.

property location is amazing..rooms are big.. breakfast was imcluded in tariff but it was not buffet ..it was limited to 1 dosa or 1 paratha or 1 egg omlete...it was like who keeps such breakfast limitation in such a high room tariff..it was a big turn down.its better not to book breakfast in the booking....due to that if felt room rent is not justified

The beach property is at excellent location. Only few steps is away from the beach view. You can chill and relax in the property. However the cottage is old property but the rooms are spacious and clean.
