The hotel location is good but found rats and reptiles in hotel premises. Breakfast is not worth to include in booking, you will get kachori and sabudana khichadi in breakfast. Staff is polite

in the room there is no window which is not mentioned , room have spider web beside the beds and room was smelling that water leakages on walls not clean rooms and I have raised a complaint against that but make my trip was also not responding properly and rooms are under ground as they show me 1st room I don't know where 5* hotels rooms will be underground.

The worst experience ever.. service was really poor.. The staff were rude.. Too much crowd and too less staff to handle it.. no refills of buffets.. Even a roti ordered took 1 hour to serve.. They even charged us unethically for a bag of chips which we didn’t even take and called us liar!! Worst hotel.. Don’t waste your money.. Zero star hotel...!!

Worst experience ever!!! The service is just worst there is no other word to describe it. First, they had very less staff for hell lot of people.!!! No refill of buffet in breakfast as well as in dinner.. If we order something they were taking an hour just to bring a few rotis.. Even they charged us extra for a bag of chips which we didn’t even take and called us liars.!!! Then the staff didn’t even help to carry our luggage in the car.. Its a zero star hotel..!! dont waste your money..!!!

We were not happy with the room.

The service was very good, the food was excellent, but we were not happy with the room. It was dusty, no floor mats were given in the bathroom, and we didn't have a good view, as we were facing a window glass full of moss and a black plastic sheet which had been covering a wall.

Overall property is lively, music band is good.The only issue which i would like to highlight is light is there management policies. They behave as if guest are staying in 1/ 2star property. Guest need to deposit some money at the time of check in, for in room dining or need to pay at the time waiter bring food. That was bit disappointing part. Breakfast and lunch/dinner is very limited no 5 star vibes.

Decent enough stay but not quite the “Hard Rock” vibe you’d expect

We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Goa recently and while the service was excellent, a few things kept the experience from being truly great. The corridors between rooms are surprisingly narrow, which gives the hotel more of a compact, business-style feel than a resort vibe. Soundproofing is almost non-existent. You can clearly hear bells, doors from the neighbouring rooms, which gets annoying after a while. The breakfast spread was limited and repetitive across days, and the spa had long waiting times because of backlogged bookings so it’s best to reserve well in advance if you plan to use it. The crowd was largely in the 40–55 age group, so if you’re looking for a younger, party-oriented atmosphere, this may not be your scene. That said, the staff deserves full marks. They were courteous, energetic, and managed the busy check-in and dining hours very well. Their professionalism really stood out and made up for some of the other shortcomings. Overall: A comfortable, service-driven property that feels more like a premium city hotel than a true Hard Rock resort experience.
