My overall experience at the hotel was average and did not match the hype created by YouTubers. While the food was genuinely good, the room quality was not up to the mark. The stay could have been much better with improved room maintenance and facilities.

The report doesn’t look good based on what you’ve shared. The reviews appear fake or paid, and the property seems to be quite old with a relatively small structure.

They seriously need some renovation. Pool was not in very good condition. They are clearly understaff which will reflect in the service. I booked a cottage which was decent. However, during the check-in process, I saw many people at the reception complaining about their rooms. The only good part was the live performances in the evening and morning. Please note, this property is adjacent to a cremation ground.

We stayed at the cottage rooms and the experience was really good. Service was good, food was also good, both food and ambience was kid friendly. Location is between Calangute and Baga beach, beach was accessible through within the resort and the beach there was peaceful and less crowded, perfect for morning walks and evening strolls. Markets were nearby and staff was also friendly and courteous.

Our stay was very good. Great location, we can walk to calangute beach from hotel. Staff were friendly and polite. Room and service were very good.

Reception staff has behaved very bad and the manager name is Parvez is talking so badly change this person in your hotel the image getting good of the hotel

Property is next to a crematorium in the beach side, please be careful while booking this property especially because you wouldn’t want to end up your vacation staying on a property that is sharing compound with a crematorium.

Overall good , location is easy to find, on road , no food , resort is beautiful and large , pool was big , peace and scenic . Only thing at reception you may not be welcome with smile and some positivity some old guys will be there .

very bad property. only advantage is close to the beach. other than it doesn't feel like a resort. very very bad property. will never recommend to anyone even if offered free stay

Absolutely loved the experience, the stay, the breakfast options and also the all day dining food experience. The ambience is good and the location is perfect too.

Great property, 5 mins walking to the beach . Staff was good. Food was good. Spacious rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Just one issue was there that they dont allow cab pickups from outside the hotel as they have their own cabs. rest evertyhing was good.

The stay was amazing and we had a great time here. The private beach is the best part of this resort.

we were 2 females and we were given the worst location of cottage. the door locks were not working, there was no lights in night and the workers were continuously creating nuisance

property location is prime at culangute. service is very good. staff and worker is very polite and helpfull nature.

The property was good but the staff/hotel follows very stringent guidelines just like it was raining and I simply asked for an umbrella to get my 2 yr old from the beach.. they said it was out of hotel policies to not lend the same.. many such petty examples.. though the food is good and reasonable
