we booked a Delux room but ended up with a terrible room with only a bed. bathroom was dirty, and the room was too smelly. They moved us to different locations, almost 3 km from locations. there is also a small room around 12×12 only, and the same issue is like cleanliness and all. We tried to reach customer care, but VR voice didn't connect with CC. I have photos of the room which they offered as a delux room. 1. Not cleaned 2. smelly room 3. No AC 4. No window 5. 1 bed with a hard mattress 6. Rude Staff. 7. No support 8 Moved to another location.

I don't know if it's resort itself. Nothing like looks in pic. Also many basic amenities like wifi, kitchenette not there at all. Just like a lesser average guest house with no amenities at all. We went after checking pics it's interior is totally different then shown in pics. Only good thing about the place is that it's close to beach nothing more.

Actually the stay was well and good, all required facilities were available, beach was almost 100-200 meters, 1 bhk for 4 people was a good choice well organized and helpful staff. Awesome stays found from make my trip. THANK YOU ❤️. Best stay ever found!

Room are not good. Door latches are broken. Ac is not working. Geyser is not there the hotel staff is giving heater for hot water. We had a booking for 4nights but we have checkout waiting 5hrs. Worst experience for staying

Room was very dirty. No washed bedsheets provided. No towel no soap no handwash no ventialtion in the room. Overall very poor room

In this app they show many facilities about this hotel, but in reality there was no such facilities available at the place. No tv, no hot water, room wasn't clean, etc.
