Excellent stay at Lemon Tree Amarante Goa

Ambience is very good. Service from support staff is courteous and cheerful. We booked breakfast, lunch/dinner.They prepared fresh and excellent food. Chef Anil, Ketan Runal and others were really nice and made us feel at home. The best point is hotel nearness to Candolim beach

Food was average, placement of breakfast menu with veg inside the restaurant and non veg outside creates hassle for guest. Front desk was not very helpful in getting early checkin. They didnt even bother to call even after 3.30 pm about availability of room. Location is not so great. Access to beach is little difficult and not convenient. Candolim beach sand is also very rough and not ideal for taking a dip. Room was good, bathroom, Tv etc are in new condition so thats the good part

Had a pleasant and lovely stay. Candolim beach is 10 minutes away by walk. It’s a buzzing area with lots of good restaurant. Hospitality by Lemon Tree Resort was too good. Thank you!

Average class hotel , average ambiance, dirty hotel , food variety and quality is like mess service, staff is confused and untrained. You have to struggle to get everything. Lemon tree should seriously look at these concerns.

Terrible Stay

Me and my wife booked Lemon Tree assuming they would have good quality service and food . But we were terribly disappointed with this property. The keycards for the rooms stopped working. Despite complaining several times the management did nothing. we were made to change rooms at 11 in the night. in the new room too the same problem was there. So for 2 days every time we had to open our room , i had to go to the reception and get someone to open the room. The food was also very disappointing. I ordered a Ceasar salad, they served a bowl of bland lettuce. The breakfast spread was also bare bones. There are water leaks all over the property. anytime it rains all the pathways are flooded.

We had a good calm stay at the hotel. The staff was excellent. The food was simply superb. The food was prepared with right spicyness. Special appreciation to the chef and his team. The other staff were very cordial and supportive. Overall the stay was excellent 👌

overall all good stay if you ignore check-in and check-out experience.

Pros: 1. good location, 2. spacious room and clean washroom, 3. Walkable distance from the beach. 4. Restaurant staff was very kind. Cons: 1. Our check-in exp. was very bad- no one was available at receptions, it took 45 mins to get the room. 2. Over crowded, car parking staff was too bus that we need to search and par the car in the hotel parking area. 3. Need to handle luggage from parking area to the room to the due to shortage of staff. 3. Overall check-in and check-out exp. was very bad.
