The Zuri White Sands Goa Resort and Casino

Resort is good, room are specious. Food choices are ok but not much exciting. Pool is may be the biggest in goa. But you get bored in 2-3 days. North goa is very far, not much activities to do.

stay was average. Service with respect to hospitality and support can be improved. Food options were good, quality can be improved

We stayed with family and kid for 3 nights. The property is huge with lush green gardens and a huge swimming pool. They have direct access to beach which is very clean and beautiful. The food was delicious. Every dish in the menu was tasty. I would advise to include dinner in the package. They have activities for kids. Staff is very supportive. AC was very cold which they tried to fix but the temperature control was not working properly. Overall a good place to stay with family if you are looking for proximity to beach and a clean pool.

Poor customer service straight up denying to to honour make my trip upgrade benefits, my room was facing a wall so had to share the back wall for 3 days, food variety and taste is mediocre

After staying in different resorts in Goa, we liked Zuri sands the best. Now every trip we stay only here. Excellent service of the entire staff, love the Spa, massages and especially the steam room, it has an in house casino and a nice beach adjacent to it. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at The Zuri whitesands property at South Goa near Varca beach. The property was going through painting but even then we did not feel any kind of discomfort. The breakfast buffet was superb. The support staff in the property was very helpful. We would love to visit again.

Resort's location, food, hospitality,leisure activities and facilities are top notch. They take your concerns seriously and work upon it instantly. However, they must now renovate the rooms and bring modern charm to it

staff is very helpful and very well Trained. food is really nice. property is lavish and located in isolation , good for people who wants to enjoy in serenity. garden view room was ok.

Great property with mediocre customer service. It’s a picturesque property with sprawling lawns overlooking the beach. It’s got Deltin Casino in its property. It’s got some 4/5 restaurants and the best part is that it’s reasonably priced and not exorbitant like majority of the resorts in the vicinity. Rooms are quite spacious and adequately furnished. Good room service options and it’s also got a waterfall swimming pool which is a great view. The only thing which was a problem was that the staff were only doing their jobs instead of doing customer service. Especially their breakfast service was mediocre with staff often ignoring customers when they call out to them for some sort of requirement. But overall it’s a posh resort which could be the best with heartfelt services from the Staff.

The property is awesome,opens right on to Varca beach,with a private beach access .It boasts of a large pool ,a park and an expansive lawn where u can also play football and other activities.They have 3-4 restaurants within the resort including a Japanese one. The rooms are spacious but may require a little bit of upliftment here and there, nothing to complain about. Staff is courteous and helpful. All in all you it was worth the money.

The breakfast menu was vast and tasty. Food overall is costly but tasty.There are many nice restaurants available nearby.I stayed in premium pool view room which was spacious and had access to pool within 5 steps. I had previously stayed in Caravela beach resort which is close to Zuri and found Zuri to be better in many aspects like it takes only a minute to reach the beach ,shacks and restaurants available just at entrance of beach area. The shacks and restaurant will start by September end , so I missed it.I had a nice casino experience with nominal rates.

Although location , ambience is good but the room was not up to the mark of 5 Star property. It was like we were staying in a passage like room. No carpet or floor mat was provided in the room due to which sea sand was directly coming to the bed through the foot. Hotel needs proper renovation . Thanks

FOOD AT SAKI RESTAURANT AND BLUE LAGOON IS WORST.POOR FOOD QUALITY AND TASTE.FOOD LOVERS SHOULD COMPLETELY AVOID THIS PLACE FOR STAYING AS WELL AS FOR DINE IN.HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED

Great ambience and peaceful stay... private beach was near by and staff made sure there is no issue with the guest. I just felt baby food should be complimentary as they had certain list which was free and rest chargeable. Pool is commendable usp of property. Breakfast was good
