The staffs are cordial and trying their best to serve. Room service on any needs is bit late, you get quick response if you mention in the reception personally. Few renovation work is going on but it will not spoil your experience. Food is very good. Staffs were cordial and tried their best to serve. Room service for any daily need is bit late. Location wise the hotel is excellent. All famous food joints and entertainment centres are nearby. Candolim beach is at walking distance and one can enjoy easy stroll from hotel to beach. Currently some renovation work is going on and rooms / facilities are being upgraded which caused some inconveniences. But the staffs were always ready to extend their help so that guests did not face inconvenience. Breakfast spread was limited but very good in taste. Room was comfortable although furnitures are to be arrange properly to accommodate 3 guests comfortably. Swimming pool is there at rooftop but is almost ineffective, may be because of rain.

Best experience ever. Rooms,service,food you name it they were on top of it. The chef went way ahead and added a dish in the breakfast menu for my daughter specially. Kitchen/hotel staff were always ready to fulfill the wishes of the customer, for them the customer experience was way more important than to earn more from customers unlike other hotels. Location is also close to every shops that you need Best experience ever. Rooms,service,food you name it they were on top of it. The reception staff was very professional, helpful and polite. it was our marriage anniversary and we chose to stay at this hotel, which was an incredible experience. They specially upgraded our room to premium suite for our special day, thank you so much for this. They also decorated our room. it was a beautiful experience.

It was a wonderful experience. The service was so good. The room was so spacious and extremely clean .They are so swift in their services, by the time we eat breakfast and come back the room is cleaned perfectly everyday. The breakfast had a huge spread and was very good..Uma was always available and ready to help anytime. Overall my Goa experience was made good by Lemon Tree
