First impression was good. But as we entered the area we found a lot of mosquitos which was unbearable. Coming to the rooms, the washroom facility was pathetic with loose bathroom fittings which needs a lot of Attention. Food was decent and the staff was supportive. Our all stay was decent with a rating of 3. If the property is maintained we cab easily give 5 on 5 ratings.

The rooms which you have chosen are a bit older - however you mentioned some loose fittings in the washroom? We wish you had brought it to our attention then itself as fittings can become lose at any time due to the nut getting loose -we also may have offered you another room. Best Resort I have ever stayed at! Great location and private beach access through a whole heartedly curated nature trail is amazing. Luckily for me was so on point in respect of my budget. I do recommend for a cute family stay.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the lobby and hallways that only got worse in the room. It was musty and stale, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The room was poorly maintained — broken fixtures, dirty linens, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. There was no hot water, the no Wi-Fi, no 5G network for mobile and basic amenities like towels and toiletries were either missing or in poor condition. Staff were unresponsive and didn’t seem interested in addressing any of the issues I raised. I honestly regret booking this place, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Not worth the money at all.

This is my 2nd Visit to Vila Goesa Beach Resort, but this time was not good. We were asked to wait in restaurant and there was no one to see to us. Restaurant was not serviceable as there was no one available to ask for water as well. Manager at Reception was Rude and totally unwelcoming, maybe overworked or so Not Sure. After much wait we were shown to our Room. For 3 Paid Guest, only 1 water bottle is the rule of the Resort Property. We may not like to visit again i Guess.

We had an excellent stay in a peaceful environment with a friendly host. The swimming pool was great, and we truly enjoyed our time. It would be even better if they extended the pool timings beyond 6 PM for added convenience.

hotel has very friendly staff and available on call immediately. very helpful for people new to Goa. Property is located in very amazing location of Baga beach and has excess to many shopping markets. lots of food and drinks places are nearby in walking distance of few minutes. I would highly recommend this property for stay in North Goa

familyHave stayed in the property earlier as well. Though it lacks maintenance, its a calm and quiet as preferred by some guests. There are lots of opportunities to rebuild this place. The only positive is the private path that leads directly to the beach

We are disappointed that you didn't like the room pl note for 300 Rs more we have much better rooms with tv & minibar. Anyone can book these. The budget one's are basic

familyWe stayed for three days. The cleaning is not a regular affair. One needs to call and clean. Refilling of water tissue is not done proactively. Again it needs to be asked. Restaurant is not having variety and extremely slow. Simple delivering of tea takes time. Once even when asked for lemon water we were told lemon not there. Room was spacious but not maintained. Balcony was dirty and broken. No exhaust in the bathrooms making it smelly. Leaking taps and also on and off hot water not there only good thing is walking distance to the beach and beautiful garden area or common area. Swimming pool was also operating. Rooms are airy.

Dear Guest Cleaning is on request & is informed & signed for at check-in by all guests. We do not otherwise enter your room. Same for water as unless mentioned we cannot enter. In the restaurant the chef knows a lot more items especially in Indian cuisine. Whilst most of our stayers are happy maybe you had some ventilation issues. We would like to know of them Whilst still here. Exhaust fans are mostly not required. Hot water is usually via the geyser which if requested is switched on For 1 hour. Maybe we ran out of lemon on that day. It does happen though not frequently. Regards Pr
