Club Mahindra Emerald Palms, Goa

Overall stay at Club Mahindra emerald palms was too good. Food was great, spacious rooms, staff was very responsive and friendly. Only problem was with sales staff of Club Mahindra. They kept chasing us to join club Mahindra membership, whether we are in our room or in the lobby area or in the sitting area even multiple whatsapp messages, that part was irritating.

The rooms were very ordinary , the pool didn't have the amenities the others provide in Goa, overall it was just normal for the price

All good except that they did not allow late checkout at 11:30. Their check-in time is 2 pm. Checkout time is 10 am. It is very short. I asked for 11:30 am checkout. Even though complimentary 2 hour late checkout is mentioned in MakeMyTrip. They mentioned it is not available. But how come it is not available when check-in by anyone is 2 pm?

The staff was good very polite but the place was not that great. The towels bedsheets other things in the room were very old and that was very obvious just by looking at the stuff. Even things in bathroom had rusted. Not acceptable after the amount charged. Other places charging half the price offer better infra The staff was good very polite but the place was not that great. Decent Stay experience.. This property is not near the beach and is a 10 minutes drive to Varca beach The property seems old and the service is average.. We had to change the room on the first day since the mini bar and the AC were not working.. The buffet spread is good with average taste.. I will recommend the other Mahindra property on the Varca beach instead of going for this

Had a wonderful holiday, property is really good -location is also good (for people like calm and quiet place) would n't suggest to people who like shopping...Food and other activities are good But had one drawback -checked in around 4:30 pmand paid for extra beds while check in but they didn't get it till11:30pm(made us wait n wait -which we felt was not at all fair from the Resort staff's side)-but then then next 3 days all the staff's were good....

Pathetic serices. Poor quality of rooms which is completely different than uploaded on website. Will never recommend Club Mahendra to any one. Bathroom was stinking. Showers not working. No dental kit provided. Water was charged to the tune of 150 Rs. Food was poor quality. Absolutely No to this resort

I know about all club Mahindra properties. Such as a extremely very best. So I this booked this. In short no other words for it...! It's a really very good experience.

The beach is about 7 to 10 minutes walk from the property. Other than that, everything was excellent food and service was great.

Excellent hospitality

Club mahindra emerald palms is an old property. There is lack of recreational activities very small garden. Ambience is ok. There is no lift. Needs lots of additions n improvements. Nearby no shopping areas. .

Nothing written the better than saying something bad about this hotel. Never had a worst experience before

I stayed in property on my anniversary and they made special arrangements for us gave good deal on buffet dinner, so it was a perfect stay at Club Mahindra. Food is awesome. Staff is very courteous. Great hospitality.

Good location. Very spacious room with additional room. Maximum amenities with ample of water very good room service. Excellent breakfast with varieties and humble service.

Commutation is the real problem as Goathland taxi union is so strong. And Club Mahindra doesn't have control over it. The fares are exorbitant. Around 2 kms they charge.

After a long travel, I was looking for some rest but their check in took around an hour. All the time they were discussing something as if something had gone wrong and on asking stated that some maintenance was going on this was after 3 calls from them before arrival. Please be careful before booking here and check twice if they have more maintenance pending the room had multiple patch work like instead of card to start electrical connection they had inserted some how. Bathroom was also not very good. Overall average resort.

In-house restaurant is highly expensive.

Nice stay. Good time in Goa, nice resort to stay couples.
