The room was un-hygienic with ants roaming around everywhere. TV was not working in the room and even after complaining multiple times the hotel took 2 days to recharge their setup box. The restaurant service was also pathetic and poor food quality.

The AC was static, the temp was kept constant and we had to move to other room because of that, still the same issue in the next room. Breakfast was hardly there. Location is good.

hotel location is very nice. it is at walking distance from the beach. staff is very courteous.there are some plus points as well as negative points. plus is...nice location , courteous staff, good food. negative is that the room was smelly and not much amenities in bathroom...not modern toiletries etc...

Well maintained properly located 100 meters to Colva beach. Spacious room and clean bathroom. They have a restaurant which serves delicious food. Complimentary breakfast was also good. Hotel staff were helpful and caring. Enjoyed our stay.

Trapped in the lift , narrowly escaped a life threatening incident

Had a life threatening experience in the lift due to inefficiency’s at hotels and managers end. We along with my 67 year old mother got trapped in the lift midway between 1st and 2nd floor after a steep free fall which hurt all of us(heads and hands hit the side walls due to the impact of the fall)Looks like lifts cable snapped and we had to be rescued by opening the door from outside that too lift was literally 5-6 ft above the floor. The manager was blaming us stating we overloaded the lift instead of helping initially and we had a terrible experience with him. Some how with the help of other hotel staff we could jump out of the lift and took mother to reception.Rooms were in 3rd floor and after this incident lift was shut , since my mother couldn’t climb stair's we had asked for a refund which was denied.With out any other option left all of us vacated on the same day . Please avoid at any cost since they can put your life on risk. Avoid more than five people in lift is written on every floor and manager was pointing to the same to defend the incident.This clearly states the lift is not fit for operation and knowing this they are operating the same thereby risking the life of fellow residents.If lift is overloaded it’s door won’t close nor it will move ,but if it breaks and hits ground it’s clear lack of maintenance and sheer negligence

Despite this multiple guests more than the maximum capacity boarded the lift at once significantly exceeding the safety limit leading to the incident. Guest safety is our highest priority but we also rely on the cooperation of our guests in following clearly communicated safety protocols. While we regret the inconvenience caused, we respectfully maintain that the misuse of the lift against posted guidelines was the primary cause of the issue. The location of the hotel was excellent, short walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The staff are hardworking and very helpful. Hotel is not too clean. Breakfast had limited choice, on the last 2 days the toaster broke down leaving even less choice for non indian food eaters. In the bathroom the shower was placed in a odd place meaning the whole bathroom was wet, especially the toilet causing a trip hazard. Overall for the price it was average.

Very decent property near the beach. Decent breakfast, large rooms, modern bathroom. Large balcony. Large pool albeit a bit decrepit. Wi-fi is awful and doesn’t work anywhere unless literally standing in reception. Hotel made efforts to compensate this with a miff device but insufficient data to do work/ have meetings. I appreciate their efforts but simply fix the network add repeater relays - not expensive nor technically compelled
