Not worth the word Redisson...pls don’t go b’cause its near to beach

Just ordinary hotel, they take you for granted. Even small napkins to toiletries you have to demand . Forget room sleepers or hair dryer. Soap dispensers doesn’t contain any soap, showers don’t give hot water. Small orders like tea take 40 min minimum. When asked about the curtailed change in hospitality, the duty manager conveniently shrugged off the responsibility, and said, since this is a leisure property, we don’t provide, everything is provided on request...I mean to say..even the basic amenities???!

we stayed in Radisson Baga resort for 7 days and really enjoyed it. The staff was courteous and very helpful. We took complementary breakfast which proved to be a good decision. The location of the resort is good because it had a supermarket and rent a bike/car close by. Overall, the quality stay I should say.

The booking included two complimentary pints of beer, but these had to be collected from the restaurant bar instead of being placed in the room, which felt inconvenient and inconsistent with a 4-star experience. Additionally, I had left a packet of chocolates in the refrigerator but received no follow-up or call from the staff regarding it. While it might seem like a minor detail, in a 4-star property, these small touches matter and reflect the attention to guest service. Regarding the beer, the complimentary brand provided was Kingfisher. I had requested Corona or Ultra Maxx, which are similarly priced, but was told that only Kingfisher was available. When I asked if this limitation was mentioned anywhere, the staff admitted it wasn't but insisted that only Kingfisher would be offered. I found this approach inflexible and felt that offering a brand that a guest doesn’t prefer defeats the purpose of a "complimentary" benefit. Either offer a choice or don’t include it at all.
