Golden Landmark Green Valley Beach Resort

I had meeting in Taj Cidade , to stay i was looking for close hotel to stay . I found Two hotel that was vlose to Taj . ginger Goa followed by this hotel but its fully occupied .then I had to book , I found Receptionist ( Female staff ) was very annoying . I reach hotel by 2:30 PM . and i had meeting in Taj by 3 pm therfore I requested to Receptionist just keep my baggage and allow to go washroom so I can change cloth and can join meeting but she denied said its not in there protocol. I said okay then allow me to check . she was too slow to work on computer , she taken almost 30 minutes to do check in process . I stayed for two days , every day she used to ask my room number that was more annoying. restaurant staff were too good . in two days they recognize me ..

I had a wonderful stay, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, I would suggest that the swimming pool water could benefit from having less bleach.

Though we booked a luxury suite, it was nothing like that, the bed was terrible, and the room had nothing luxury in it, it was just an average room, the same facilities can be availed at other hotels at cheaper price

Excellent service by all the staff. Staff are competent in their fields and are very polite. Particularly we appreciate the service by Ms. Selvi, Guest Relations Manager and Mr. Arif, Restaurant Manager. The room was quite spacious, clean and neat. The hotel is about 3 minutes walk to a clean beach nearby. Even though we did not use the swimming pool, we observed that it was maintained clean and lots of people (adults and children) were using it. Mr. Peter, the Chef is very good and all the food i.e., breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent.

My experience was enjoyable and memorable. Staff was very prompt and services were up to the mark. Food and amenities were also lived up to my expectations. It's worth going and highly recommend.

Stay was very pleasant. Ambience is good. Food is awesome. Chef brijesh was very cooperative check in checkout was very efficient. Muskan saisha and mohamed were very cooperative and ready to act the building infra needs to be prepped up.

Our stay was nice, the first impression with front desk was exceptional. They gladly accepted our request for early check-in. The rooms were clean, calm and quiet, peaceful. The room services were good. The breakfast items were limited but considering the room fare it is acceptable. The dinner was exceptional and the manager herself took personal care while we were served our dinner. The property is very near to vainguinum beach and located at an walking distance from dona paula statue. We also went to nearby re-is mags fort while we stayed at the property. We had a very pleasing experience with our stay and definitely come back here if we are to spend a night at old goa.

1. Bathroom fittings were not working. To be more specific the flush was not working. 2. The restaurant had a very limited menu. 3. Room rates are too high for the level of stay.

Food is good. Staff is cooperative. Location is decent. Good amenities. Negatives: their is no lift in the property. I had booked a penthouse which was on the top floor so it was a pain. One of the ac in the room was not working properly

Presidential suite was very spacious and quite economical. Well maintained property close to beach which has all water sports, so quite convenient. Buffet breakfast was sufficient and tasty

Gst invoice is not provided by hotel just saying we will email the invoice but not giving invoice after several reminders

The ambiance is good with a lot of greeneries. The rooms were clean. The given fridge was not good and old. Tv never worked and i contacted the hotel staff several times, but it could not be resolved. The location is a bit remote from the crowd and marketplace, it's near vainguinim beach which is not great. One must have a personal vehicle or hire from a local agent to move around to visit nearby beautiful beaches. The variety of buffet breakfasts is less. The food was expensive and the price shown in the menu card does not include 18% gst which was added at the time of billing. Overall, the experience was so-so.

Pleasant stay with exceptional staff i recently stayed at ikigai green valley beach resort and overall, it was a positive experience. The hotel was notably clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries or requests, making the stay enjoyable.
