Worst and horrible experience for short stay (10 hours, no such property exists with this name rial dwelling place at the given location in make my trip. After making multiple phone calls, someone responded and shared location on whatsapp after 10-15 minutes of taxi roaming search of hotel. We asked to stay in different hotel named “casa euphoria”, we had flight in early morning and had to checkout at 4:30 am, but suddenly electricity gone and there was no light at all and staff was not there at the reception, when i called on phone, then replied there is no light in whole society then what can we do, it will restored in sometime. There was no power backup, by which we delayed. Other problems were: bedsheet on bed was dirty, extra mattress underlying the bed was not having any bedsheets. Pillow covers was dirty, when asked to change, then said not available as all rooms are full and no laundry.

Studio Rooms and 2BHK Flats with RAIAL DWELLING PLACE are also available inside Casa Euphoria Apartment. The location on Google map is shown just 100 meters away from the pin point. For this problem we are trying to coordinate with Google and make it to the exact pin point. We contact our customers before check in and share the current location of the hotel. And it is not mentioned anywhere in the hotel amenities that power backup is available in the hotel. Despite this, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and hope that next time we will share a great experience with you. Thank You

Wonderful experience with friends

The location was calm and peaceful. The rooms were big, comfortable and relaxing. The cleanliness of the property was so good. The staff was so helpful and well mannered. Must recommend the property to others.

Very bad hotel

I was with my friends. And we were little far from the hotel and we couldn't able to reach by check-out time. So we requested him to continue for another day. He told me to book it again and pay more money to continue and we agreed to pay money which is more than I paid before. In 2 hours we went to the hotel and he took more money and told her to vacate the Place be as he wanted to give it on rent to another guest. He forcefully took money from us and told us to vacate.

It's your mistake. Check out time is 10 AM and you wake up from sleep at 2:00 PM and talk loudly. What will you do? The staff had been ringing the doorbell since 10:00 AM but no one got up.

Sir, 24 by 7 water is available, only that day for 5 minute water not in tab but after 5 minute problem is solve its not big issue I think.
