BEWARE - PHYSICAL INJURY AHEAD
Everything about the property was good. In all respects. The people were also very nice and very helpful. BUT BUT, the top thing - physical safety of guests - was severely compromised. It ha drained overnight. The corridor in front of the rooms was wet AND SLIPPERY. It is unbelievably negligent of the hotel to instal smooth tiles on a corridor whose sides are exposed to rain. These tiles made the floor terribly slippery. On top of it, no action was taken to wipe the floor. Further, no warning board or sign was placed anywhere. ONE MEMBER OF OUR GROUP SLIPPED AND FELL AND SUSTAINED SEVERE INJURY. He has a fracture on his right hand and has to undergo surgery, followed by weeks of therapy. His left hand has sustained tissue, muscle, ligament injury and has to be bandaged and in a sling for at least 6 weeks. Both his hands are out of action for several weeks. Such negligence of the hotel is simply unbelievable

Terrible Experience for a much awaited stay
Terrible experience! Food was good but other service aspects, rooms and amenities were very poor. The maintenance staff, reception, parking and housekeeping personnels were very lethargic to serve. A simple problem that could be solved with prompt action and which caused us to suffer for 3 nights. Due to humid temperature, the wooden flooring was completely wet and could be managed well with prompt action and guidance. Also, there was no service at pool side and seems like you are on your own. Haven’t experienced such service anywhere with 4 star property. I recommend there are many properties in Goa that can be explored - stay away from this one.

Good overall stay
The stay overall was good but I feel the need to highlight a few things. Pros: The food was really tasty and the chef was really nice. He went around asking people about the food. The hotel reception extended our checkout time from 12 PM to 2PM which was nice of them. We tried the massage in the hotel spa which we highly recommend. The view for the rooms in the block opposite the pool was good. The staff was friendly. Cons: It is not a five star hotel. We would say it is more of a four star. The walls had water seepage in many rooms. The door sign tag would keep falling down from the door handle. The house keeping was not up to the mark. They forgot to give us towels and replenish the tea packets in the room after cleaning the room. The bed sheet, pillow covers, towels and room curtains had stains on them. The house keeping service was quite slow.

A good stay.
The hotel stay was very nice. We had booked three rooms & when we requested for an upgrade for one room at least, it was done, which was a nice gesture.The food was the highlight as the buffet had a good choice and it was tasty too. The room cleanliness could be improved upon as it is shown to be a 5 star but it didn’t seem like one considering that no attention was given to minute details in the room. The staff was helpful and did help in making our stay a comfortable one.

Worth the money and the view is great
The stay was satisfactory and the food was very delicious. We loved the service and the experience was good. Everything was smooth and we all loved the hotel.

Honestly I was disappointed this time around. I had been to this property previously and had liked this. But this time , nothing was going good. The service was extremely poor and slow. Had asked for the menu card since the QR Code that was kept in the room was not working. The menu card was send after four hours . The travel desk which they have outsourced was the worst. The guy literally hung up on me. The electric kettle was also not working. Had to wait for half an hour for them to replace it Only the breakfast was good. The staff in the restaurant was attentive and helpful.
