Eutopia Beach Resort

the property was very great all the rooms were nicely maintained and were specious too, really enjoyed would like to visit again. Also the hospitality was wonderful staff helped as wherever needed.

The staff behaviour was extremely poor. We couldn't check in the given time as they had not cleaned the room by then. No drinking water bottles, No towels, No Tissues, No Toiletries were available in the room. The receptionist was rude upon anything we reached out for.

The rooms were in horrible condition when we went there, it is nowhere near the pictures which are listed on the app. Their linen was stinking and over and above that they didn't even have latches for the bathroom. They didn't even give tea/coffee sachets till you ask them. And all over the property is in dire need of maintenance.

Beach Access: The location is a major highlight. It's cited as being only about a 5-minute walk to Morjim Beach and a short 15-minute walk to Ashwem Beach, placing you right in a serene yet accessible coastal area. Convenience: It is situated on the main road and near the main market (Raj Super Store), making it easy to find and close to multiple restaurants, chemists, and grocery shops. This convenience is highly praised by guests. Vibe: The area offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere compared to the more crowded parts of North Goa, which many guests appreciated.

Hotel room was so baad even not clean even after so many complain also only 1 item in breakfast in short i totally not satisfied also Snake was there in our room i m not lying

The property was nice and we enjoyed our time there. Food and ambiance was also great there you must visit there once

it was an amazing experience with Eutopia beach resort. Most recommended staff is really hardworking and good

refrigerator was not available in room sleepers was not their toilet paper was not their in bathroom

stay was terrible and pathetic. It was a bad experience resort has not given proper service such as complimentary breakfast. Complimentary drop off. Team failed to commit what they mentioned on bookings

Property location is good, everything is near to the location, multiple restaurants, chemists, grocery shops, and most important beaches. Only thing that can be better is floor mats outside bathroom, proper bathroom amenities , water pressure in bathroom and proper sewage system because washroom starts to smell bad after some time.

Good stay and best service, i experienced total privacy, rooms and surroundings are really good. overall it was nice experience. specially the manager here Shrikant is really helpful and friendly.

Primice is situated at very good and accessible location to the all beaches. And manger mr. Shrikant ji is very cooperative and awesome.

Property is on the main road and easy to find or access. Had a very comfortable stay. Rooms are upto the mark and pool is also nice. Also, nice Facade. The property host is good and humble.

few things which i expected (rather did not check before booking) 1. the location is really good, however the resort is work in progress. it’s not ready yet, no restaurant or food service. 2. ⁠tv does not have a cable connection. the tv is not smart tv so you can’t play app based entertainment either.we paid the care taker to re charge airtel set top box. 3. ⁠some electrical points were not working so we had hard time charging all our mobile phones. 4. ⁠no room service. not even a phone to connect with the make shift arrangement they were calling reception.you need to wait for the cleaning staff to come and clean your room. 5. ⁠they took 3 persons booking however they didn’t have a bedsheet to put on the extra bed. the manager kept saying its on its way however it was not available till next day. 6. ⁠parking space is very limited and often you need to start the day with following up with staff to clear vehicles infront of your car. this delayed our plan to drive back home 7. ⁠place is 10mins walk to morjim beach so best location however it needs time to be fully operational, they should have completed the work first ,before starting the booking. please don’t go by the photos those are photoshopped. 8. ⁠the hotel staff was not professional they have no hospitality experiance either. 2-3 persons running the full hotel. overall not a great experience

Worst rooms without tv and refrigerator and the hotel is under renovation..Noone comes to clean the room on daily basis..Donot go by the photos posted in their page
